重新啟用的郵箱賬戶發送郵件退信解決

在日常的Exchange運維過程中可能會經常遇到員工離職又重新入職的情況，這樣他的賬戶如果在最初沒有做保留操作，在重新啟用原有賬戶後就會出現發送郵件退信的情況。

關于這個問題原因是因為：

微軟Exchange Server使用X.500位址為内部電子郵件位址，在賬戶重新啟用後使用者的X500已經變更，但原先此賬戶的往來聯系人的outlook記錄的仍然是舊的x500位址，是以就會出現退信情況。

解決方法：

1 清楚所有聯系人的Outlook緩存，清楚方法如下：

但此方法有一個弊端就是需要所有聯系人都需要此操作。這樣對于使用者是十分麻煩的。

2 為使用者的賬戶在伺服器端添加一個X500位址，這樣的話用戶端無需任何變更。

首先我們确認一下現在的X500值：

從上面截圖中我們可以得到原有的X500位址為：

/o=globallink/ou=exchange administrative group (fydibohf23spdlt)/cn=recipients/cn=wangning

我們将這個值以自定義的方式加入賬戶電子郵件位址清單：

3 驗證結果：

将這一串位址直接複制到OWA或outlook收件人一欄點選檢查聯系人發現已經可以識别郵件也發送正常。
