ubuntu 升级后没有载入vboxdrv 模块

早上打开ubuntu (11.10)  弹出升级提示框，想都没想就升级了，重启ubuntu 后悲剧发生了：

启动virtualbox 出错！vboxdrv 模块没有载入内核中，提示重新virtualbox 内核模块！

根据错误提示重新安装virtualbox 内核模块,需要root权限！

安装信息

# /etc/init.d/vboxdrv setup 

 * Stopping VirtualBox kernel modules                                    [ OK ]  

 * Uninstalling old VirtualBox DKMS kernel modules                       [ OK ]  

 * Trying to register the VirtualBox kernel modules using DKMS                   

 * Failed, trying without DKMS 

 * Recompiling VirtualBox kernel modules                                         

                                                                         [ OK ] 

 * Starting VirtualBox kernel modules                                    [ OK ]  

正常启动virtualbox
