（一）

没有我不要去任何地方

不论在天上或地下或今世或后世

不管发生何事都要有我的存在

我看到一切已知和未知的事物

虽无言但心意相通

如夜晚明知它和月亮的亲密

像我一样，成为玫瑰接近荆刺

Don’t go anywhere without me.

Let nothing happen in the sky apart from me,

or on the ground, in this world or that world,

without my being in its happening.

Vision, see nothing I don’t see.

Language, say nothing.

The way the night knows itself with the moon,

be that with me. Be the rose

nearest to the thorn that I am.

我的心或睡眠，或苏醒，始终如一的热情；

它是一个带盖的平底锅，置放在火上。

哦，你！给我们提供一杯沉默美酒；

每时每刻有一个新故事在寂静中被谈论。

在他的愤怒中有一百个仁慈，在他的吝啬中有一百个慷慨；

在他的无知不可估量灵知中，像头脑沉默地谈话。

那些因你沉默的话语，不能听到，但那些人变得粗鲁。

为你，我像亚丁海既安静又酝酿 。

Now sleeping, now awake, my heart is in constant fervour.

It is a covered saucepan, placed on fire.

O you! who have offered us form a cup a silencing wine;

Each moment a new tale is shouting to be told in silence.

In his wrath there are a hundred kindnesses, in his meanness a hundred generosities;

In his ignorance immeasurable gnosis, silently speaking like the mind. The words of those whom you have silenced, cannot hear but those whom you have made uncounscious;

I am both silent and fermenting for you like the sea of Aden!
