According to the circular, Xiao Tianren, born in May 1953, a native of Jiang'an, Sichuan, has a postgraduate degree from the Central Party School. From March 2001 to July 2005, he served as deputy secretary and mayor of Luzhou Municipal Party Committee, from July 2005 to August 2005, he served as Secretary of the Party Committee and Mayor of Luzhou City of Sichuan Coal Industry Group Co., Ltd., from August 2005 to December 2013, he served as Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sichuan Coal Industry Group Co., Ltd., and from December 2013 to January 2017, he served as the Director of the Population, Resources and Environment Committee of the 11th Sichuan Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference From January 2017 to March 2017, he worked in Sichuan Coal Industry Group Co., Ltd., retaining the treatment of the main department level, and retired in March 2017.
