1. Anti-dew pipe

The anti-dew pipe is actually a circle of condenser pipes arranged around the refrigerator door frame. It is generally connected between the condenser and the dry filter, and also between the compressor exhaust port and the condenser. The temperature of the anti-dew pipe is high, and its role is to increase the temperature of the refrigerator door frame to avoid water vapor in the air outside the box, which condenses into dew when it is cold at the door frame. If there is a lot of dew, it will flow down the door frame to the ground. The long-term condensation of dew on the door frame will also cause the metal shell at the door frame to rust.

2. Recuperator

Speaking of recuperators, I'm going to start with the recuperation cycle. In order to have the best cooling effect in the refrigerator, it is necessary to make the high-pressure room temperature refrigerant flowing out of the capillary contain as much liquid and less gas as possible. This requires further reduction of the temperature of the refrigerant in the capillary. For this purpose, the refrigerator refrigeration system combines the capillary tube and the compressor suction pipe together, allowing them to fully exchange heat. Because the refrigerant in the compressor suction pipe is a low-temperature gas flowing from the evaporator, the refrigerant temperature in the capillary further decreases, and at the same time, the refrigerant temperature in the compressor suction pipe further rises, which is the recuperation cycle. In addition to liquefying more liquid refrigerant in the capillary, the recuperation cycle can also completely evaporate the residual liquid refrigerant from the evaporator in the compressor suction pipe to prevent the liquid refrigerant from returning to the compressor and the phenomenon of hydraulic shock.

Hydraulic shock phenomenon:

After the liquid refrigerant enters the compressor, because its volume will not be compressed, the pressure in the compressor will increase instantaneously, and it is easy to damage the exhaust valve plate of the compressor, which is the so-called hydraulic shock phenomenon. The recuperation cycle is just right to prevent the compressor from hitting the liquid.

There are two types of reheaters used in refrigerator refrigeration systems: laminated type and casing type.

3. Liquid reservoir

The reservoir is often used in large-volume refrigerators, and it has two roles in refrigeration systems:

The first is to separate the refrigerant gas and liquid to prevent the compressor from hitting. Rotary compressors, in particular, do not have an intake valve and the intake air is supplied directly by the suction pipe. In order to ensure safety, it is generally necessary to install a reservoir on the suction pipe to separate the gas and liquid in the refrigerant, and the liquid refrigerant is first stored in the reservoir, and then enters the compressor after gradual heat absorption and vaporization.

The second is to store a certain amount of liquid refrigerant and adjust the refrigeration dose used for refrigeration system circulation according to the ambient temperature. Refrigerators are generally throttled with capillaries, and the amount of refrigerant circulated will vary with the ambient temperature. When the ambient temperature is reduced, the refrigerant involved in the system circulation is reduced, and the reservoir can store the excess refrigerant; when the ambient temperature rises, the refrigeration system needs more refrigerant circulation, and the refrigerant stored in the reservoir is involved in the refrigeration cycle, so that the refrigerator can obtain a better refrigeration effect at different ambient temperatures.

4. Solenoid valve

Two-position three-way solenoid valve is often referred to as three-way valve, it is mainly used in the cold room temperature and freezer temperature independently controlled in the double temperature double control refrigerator. Under the dual control of the freezer room thermostat and the refrigerated room thermostat, it achieves the purpose of double temperature double control by constantly changing the flow direction of refrigerant in the system. In general, the freezer temperature and the refrigerator temperature are adjusted by a thermostat, and the two are difficult to match. Refrigerators using two-position three-way solenoid valves can solve this problem very well because they can double temperature and double control.
