According to the "Notice of Appraisal Opinion", the Public Security Bureau of Fengnan District of Tangshan City assigned relevant personnel to identify the cause of death of the Oriental White Stork, and the appraisal opinion was that it could exclude poisoning and artificial shooting, basically excluded avian influenza and Newcastle disease infection and death, and determined that it was due to physical weakness and suffocation.
