Smart Internet hospitals create a "stay-at-home" medical experience

This year, Healthy Shanghai Studio also jointly launched a special program for the Expo with Shanghai News Broadcasting, inviting a number of heavyweight guests to talk about "Healthy Shanghai from the Perspective of the Expo". Yesterday (November 8), on the 4th day of the Expo, Jin Guiyuan, deputy director of the Qingpu District Health Commission, shared with everyone how the smart Internet hospital can make medical treatment smarter and more convenient through the program.

When it comes to going to the hospital, many people will feel that the medical process is complicated, time-consuming and laborious. The arrival of smart Internet hospitals is expected to change this situation. In October last year, the Yangtze River Delta (Shanghai) Smart Internet Hospital was officially put into operation, which was jointly built by the Qingpu District People's Government and the Zhongshan Hospital affiliated to Fudan University, and is located in the Zhujiajiao People's Hospital of Qingpu District in the Yangtze River Delta Integration Demonstration Zone.

"The Yangtze River Delta Smart Internet Hospital serves the national strategy, integrates the high-quality medical resources in the Yangtze River Delta region, and opens up the last kilometer for residents in the Yangtze River Delta to enjoy high-quality medical resources." Jin Guiyuan introduced that in order to enhance the medical experience of the people and make Shanghai's high-quality medical resources better serve the people in the Yangtze River Delta region, the smart Internet hospital set up in the Yangtze River Delta integration demonstration zone took only more than three months to complete the construction.

Through the smart Internet platform, residents in Qingpu area can make an appointment with experts from second- and third-level hospitals in the district in village clinics and community health service centers, and can also make appointments with some experts of Shanghai tertiary hospitals through doctors, and enjoy the diagnosis and treatment services of tertiary hospital experts at their doorsteps.

At present, 20-30 Internet clinics have been set up in Qingpu area, which can remotely network experts from Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University, Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University, Eye, Ear, Nose and Throat Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University, Shanghai Dermatology Hospital, Shanghai Municipal Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Shanghai Chest Hospital.

How is the difference between a smart Internet hospital and a traditional Internet hospital? Jin Guiyuan said that for example, if patients with hypertension need to follow up and dispense drugs, they can achieve medical treatment and dispensing drugs at home through the Internet, and all Internet hospitals can achieve this at present. However, in addition to this function, smart Internet hospitals can also achieve remote joint outpatient clinics.

He gave an example, there is a patient from Jiashan, found a difficult disease in the hospital in Jiashan, urgently need a higher hospital for further diagnosis, you can do a good job in the local relevant examinations, through the platform of the smart Internet hospital to make an appointment with Shanghai experts, and online treatment on the platform. In the Yangtze River Delta Integration Demonstration Zone, residents of Shanghai Qingpu, Zhejiang Jiashan and Jiangsu Wujiang can realize the interconnection and interconnection of diagnosis and treatment information, medical insurance filing-free off-site settlement, etc. At present, the platform has been further extended to Huoqiu People's Hospital in Lu'an, Anhui Province, and an Internet clinic has been opened.

How smart is the Smart Internet Hospital? Jin Guiyuan said that in addition to online remote collaborative diagnosis and treatment services, smart Internet hospitals are also future hospitals built offline, which can receive online and offline patients at the same time. In the intelligent ward of the hospital, access to the remote round system, patients can experience the doctor's remote rounds, expert remote diagnosis and treatment services such as zhongshan hospital affiliated to Fudan University; the intensive care smart ward can also realize the real-time diagnosis and treatment of experts; and the intelligent robot ward inspection, drug delivery, meal delivery and other services can also be realized. At the same time, the hospital built a smart emergency system, realized the remote transmission of information such as electrocardiogram and blood pressure on the ambulance, and got on the ambulance, which is equivalent to entering the hospital and fighting for rescue time for emergency patients.

Looking forward to the future, Qingpu is taking the Yangtze River Delta (Shanghai) Smart Internet Hospital as a platform to deeply build the Qingpu Digital Health Urban Area, and I believe that in the near future, it will give you a surprise.

Jin Guiyuan also admitted that smart Internet hospitals, including traditional Internet hospitals, still have to face two difficulties, "the first difficulty is the patient's compliance, most patients are not very accustomed to this medical model; in addition, it is the doctor's compliance." Both of these aspects are slowly changing. ”
