The style of the film is dark and full of goggy gothic style. The opening of the film is filled with blood and the meat stuffing stirred by the blender makes the viewer shudder.
The film shows the greed of human nature nakedly, Judge Tepin can not get Buck's wife to imprison his daughter, wait for her to grow up, and then marry her; pie shop business is not good, the female boss does not hesitate to use human flesh as stuffing, to gain the favor of customers, business is hot, followed by a surge in wealth, status promotion, and finally married Buck, into the high society circle, become a winner in life.
