A few years before joining the police, Jiang Hao was mainly engaged in street crimes such as "cracking down on streams and anti-pickpocketing" and cracking down on "two robberies and one theft". In 2014, he was transferred to the criminal investigation detachment and began an "anti-fraud career".

"In the first few years, I mainly traveled to all parts of the country to handle cases, and at that time, there were more than 200 business trips across the country for 365 days a year."

It was also at this time that Jiang Hao first realized the harm of telecommunications network fraud, the amount of fraud was as small as a few thousand, as large as hundreds of thousands of millions, and countless people were ruined by telecommunications network fraud.

"Because of being cheated, the family was destroyed overnight, and their expressions and tears deeply stung me, and it was the people's mood and expectation that we could solve the case and save the damage, which has always inspired me to work hard."

Fraud methods are constantly updated and difficult to investigate, and higher requirements are also put forward for the comprehensive operational capabilities of the police. In March 2016, the Rizhao Municipal Public Security Bureau set up a new type of crime research and operation center that integrates research, orders, investigations and actions, and Jiang Hao, who is known as "Desperate Sanlang", has become the "bellwether" of this team.

From January to May 2021, the incidence of electricity fraud cases in Rizhao City took the lead in the province to achieve a decline.
