In mid-September 2018, when mooncakes were selling hot, the police in Harbin City received a report that there were merchants in a large wholesale market in Daowai District who forged the authorization letter of Lao Dingfeng Food Co., Ltd. and illegally sold food.
After receiving this police information, the criminal investigation detachment of the Harbin Municipal Public Security Bureau immediately summoned relevant departments to study and deploy the case, and went to a shopping mall to carry out an investigation. After work, the police determined the illegal operation of the criminal suspect Zhao Mou without the authorization of the manufacturer, and obtained the inspection materials and samples of the illegal authorization letter. After appraisal, it was confirmed that the authorization letter issued by criminal suspect Zhao to the mall was forged.
On September 12, investigators arrested Zhao and found a forged official seal of Lao Dingfeng's power of attorney at his residence. After trial, the criminal suspect Zhao Mou confessed to the criminal facts of forging seals and sales rights certificates and illegally selling Lao Dingfeng food. At present, the criminal suspect has been criminally detained by the police in accordance with the law, and the case is being further investigated.
