In the post-ripening technology processing link that has long been in the overseas technical monopoly, Ali Shunong and its technical partners have developed China's first kiwifruit ripening and differential pressure pre-cooling integration equipment, which has been tested repeatedly and has the ability to apply on a large scale.

High-quality raw fruit is key. Ali Shunong continued to go deep into the "first kilometer" of agriculture, selecting and building more than 30 direct mining bases in the core kiwifruit producing areas such as Pujiang, Qionglai, Shaanxi Zhouzhi and Wugong in Sichuan, and also built two large-scale digital production warehouses in Pujiang and Wugong.

Whether advanced technology can get out of the laboratory depends on the inspection and approval of the market. High-end agricultural products face the challenge of applause. The biggest advantage of Taocai vegetables is that it has established a direct procurement and direct sales network from the field to the table, reducing costs and increasing efficiency through the whole link, and has a large-scale affordable supply capacity.
