　　Qiaochuan Village is a small administrative village formed by the merger of 4 natural villages, with a total number of 305 households and a total population of less than 800 people. Like most rural areas, the population in the village is seriously aging, most of the people left behind are old, weak, sick and disabled, and the poor families are seriously understaffed. In order to get them out of poverty and stabilize and not return to poverty, they also need to implement policies according to each household and according to people. In order to understand everyone's situation, Fang Jun made many detailed visits to every poor household in the village.

　　Zhang Heyun, a poor household in the Hundred Birds Group of Qiaochuan Village, is suffering from rheumatoid arthritis, has a first-degree disability, is bedridden for many years, and has difficult conditions at home, and all 4 of his children are working in other places, so the old two stay at home. The elderly save money and have been reluctant to go to the hospital for medical treatment.

　　After learning of this situation, Fang Jun often went to their homes to chat with them, cared about Zhang Heyun's condition, publicized the party's policies, especially the medical security policy, and analyzed the economic endurance of the elderly, dispelling their concerns little by little, and also inquiring about the formula for treatment.

　　After a long period of persuasion by Fang Jun, from the end of 2018, Zhang Heyun began to be hospitalized, and as of August this year, he had been hospitalized 4 times, spending nearly 16,000 yuan in medical expenses and about 6,000 yuan in self-payment. Today, Zhang Heyun is much healthier and much better in spirit.

Fang Jun, who learned of the situation, immediately sent her therapeutic drugs from the county, which solved her urgent needs and effectively controlled her condition.
