Breakdown of expenses
1. Follow the car: 55 seats luxury tourist bus, 1 person and 1 main seat, please consult the tour leader when the dog occupies the seat;
2. Accommodation: Tianzhu Mountain Resort characteristic homestay, default two people a room, a single room need to make up for 140 yuan room difference, if you need to find someone to share the room, please take the initiative to inform the tour leader when registering;
3. Meals: Tianzhu Mountain special farmhouse dishes, 1 breakfast, 2 lunches, 1 dinner, and dinner drinks;
4. Tickets: ski resort tickets, transportation fees for Tianzhu Mountain Scenic Area;
5. Equipment: ski equipment for ski resorts, including snow boots, skis, snowboards, snow rings;

Registration Instructions (to be read carefully)
Note: All applicants agree to this registration instruction by default, please read it carefully!
I. Application Conditions and Requirements:
1. Aggressive, sick, or estrus dogs are prohibited from registering, and if they are found on the day of the event, they will not participate and will not be refunded.
2. Pet dogs are vaccinated for more than 2 weeks but less than a year.
3. If the dog produces aggressive behavior during the tour, it will be warned. If you participate in group activities again, you must wear a muzzle at all times, otherwise you will be permanently disqualified.
II. Disclaimer:
1. The applicant promises that the corresponding pet is not aggressive, does not suffer from any disease and is not in estrus, otherwise it will bear all responsibilities.
2. Any personal or property loss caused by the corresponding pet of the applicant during the tour, as well as any loss related to the corresponding pet, shall be borne by the applicant himself, and the organizer shall not bear the corresponding responsibility.
3. The organizer is not responsible for the loss, infection, illness, accidental injury, accidental death, etc. of the corresponding pet of the applicant during the tour.
4. During the trip, the dog fight or aggressively leads to injury to the leader, injections and other treatment costs and compensation fees must be borne by the dog owner.
5. If you have a dog certificate and an immunization certificate, please bring it with you.
6. The organizer has the right to use the photos taken during the event, if there is any objection, please raise it before registration, otherwise it will accept these terms by default.
Travel Instructions
1. At the latest 1 day before departure, the pet island leader will form a WeChat group to inform you of transportation, travel preparations and other specific matters, please keep your mobile phone open. If you are not notified by 21:00 on the day before your trip, please contact your tour manager as soon as possible.
2. Please arrive at the pick-up location at the time agreed upon by the tour leader and you, and do not be late to avoid delaying the itinerary of other tourists. If you are unable to tour with the car due to late arrival, please understand that you are responsible for it.
3. With group tour customers, Pet Island will arrange a suitable car model according to your order and arrange a seat for you, please take the right number after boarding the car.
4. Please bring a valid ID with you before departure, and foreign guests must bring a valid passport and other documents.
5. During the group trip, during the period of non-free activities, if you choose to leave the tour halfway, the incomplete part will be deemed to be abandoned by you, and the unfinished but actual loss will not be refunded.
6. The ski resort is tentatively scheduled to open on December 18th, because skiing is greatly affected by the weather, if the weather factors or other force majeure factors lead to skiing according to the planned time, it will be automatically postponed for one week.
Precautions
【About the event】
1. 1-2 days before leaving the group, we will contact everyone through the mobile phone number to enter the activity group, please keep the mobile phone and WeChat unobstructed.
2. Please bring your own dog leash, diet basin and other items, enter the scenic spots, hotels and restaurants, dogs must be traction.
3. During the event, you must listen to the arrangement of the tour leader, and the content of the activity may be adjusted according to the specific conditions of the day, subject to the arrangement of the day.
4. The last registration deadline for the event is 24:00 on December 19, 2020. The minimum number of participants is 30, and if you do not receive special notice from Pet Island before departure, the tour will be accepted as a default.
【About refund】
1. Withdraw from the tour more than 7 days before the departure date and receive a full refund
2. Refunds will be made within 5 days prior to the departure date and a 20% fee will be deducted
3. Refunds will be made within 3 days before the departure date and deduct 40% of the fee
4. If you leave the tour on the day of departure, no refund will be given
【About the weather】Due to the changeable weather, in the case of normal bad weather, we will ensure that the group travels safely and normally. If the tour needs to be postponed or cancelled due to extreme weather conditions or force majeure factors, we will notify you no later than one day before departure.
【About the property】
1. Pets are allowed, but dogs are not allowed to get out of bed (or please bring your own bed linen).
2. Please consciously maintain hygiene, do not let the dog defecate in the room (if the dog occasionally makes mistakes, please clean up in time).
3. Do not bathe your dog in the bathroom or bathtub to prevent hair from blocking the sewers.
4. Please do not use the hair dryer indoors to blow the dog's hair, and do not use the bath towel on the hotel to wipe the dog's feet.
5. Please be careful not to damage or dirty the room items, in case of such a situation, the owner will bear the additional compensation fee as well as pet cleaning fee.
