There were no Go classes, no teachers, not even Go books. At that time, high school students would play a little Bit of Go, and they would all be called talents, which was very different from the current environment. So even if you learn chess at a younger age, the level will not change much.

―How did you improve your strength?

Later, in other chess academies, I was lucky enough to meet Mr. Lee Won-sik, who was 4-5 years older than me and learned a lot from him. I've always wanted to meet once and buy him a cup of shochu, but I couldn't get in touch. After becoming a professional chess player, I practiced through actual combat, and I learned the most from Cao Xuanxuan Jiudan.

―You're a genius chess player, right?

No, I'm an effort type. I was mediocre in my Go talent. Compared with the talented chess players, I am weaker tactically and the calculation speed is not fast enough. What I'm good at is perseverance, and at my age, are there any players who work as hard as I do? Being able to work hard in an area is a talent in itself.

―What should I do if I want to be the first person?

It's not true, I'm not that kind of character. When I was a child, I felt that being nagged was torture, so I wouldn't nag my children. Bullying others is never done. ―What are your favorite foods to eat lately?

The "caramel cake" made with a spoon as a child was the best, and I can't forget the taste until now, which is a sweet taste that no chocolate can match. When I was young, I liked to eat fried sauce noodles the most, if I went out with 100 yuan at that time, 10 yuan was used as a fare, and the remaining 90 would be used to buy fried sauce noodles.
