On the morning of The 13th, the 10th Member Congress of Jiangsu Medical Association opened at the Provincial Conference Center! At the opening ceremony, the outstanding members of the Jiangsu Medical Association were commended, of which 10 won the "Lifetime Medical Achievement Award" and 15 won the "Outstanding Medical Achievement Award". Professor Leng Yongcheng, a well-known plastic surgery expert and plastic surgeon of CUHK, won the "Lifetime Medical Achievement Award", and Professor Zhang Zhijun, Director of the Department of Neurology of CUHK Hospital, and Professor Liu Bicheng, Vice President of CUHK Hospital, Director of the Institute of Nephrology of Southeast University and Department of Nephrology, won the "Outstanding Medical Achievement Award".

Engaged in plastic surgery clinical, teaching and scientific research work for 58 years, with repair and plastic surgery as the main direction of attack, specializing in maxillofacial plastic surgery, hand and microplastics, and has rich experience in repair and reconstruction of fingers, nasal cavity and organs. Postdoctoral Fellow, Chief Physician, National Second-level Professor, Distinguished Professor of Southeast University, Doctoral Supervisor, Winner of the National Outstanding Youth Science Fund, National Young and Middle-Aged Experts with Outstanding Contributions, Director of the Department of Neurology of the Affiliated Hospital of Southeast University, Director of the Department of Neuropsychiatry of the School of Medicine of Southeast University, Director of the Institute of Neuropsychiatry of Southeast University. She has led the team to publish more than 300 articles so far, of which sci includes more than 120 journal papers. He has won 4 "(Senior) Young Scientist Awards" from international professional academic conferences, 1 first prize of natural science of the Ministry of Education in 2009, 1 first prize of 2011 Chinese Medical Science and Technology Award, and 1st prize of Jiangsu Science and Technology Award in 2014.
He is good at the diagnosis and treatment of neurodegenerative diseases and difficult diseases, and is also good at the diagnosis and treatment of mental and psychological disorders such as depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder and somatization form disorder. He has been rated as the most trusted and beloved doctor of the people of Jiangsu Province for many times.

He is currently the vice president of cumin university hospital affiliated to Southeast University, the director of the Institute of Nephrology of Southeast University, the director of the Department of Internal Medicine, the standing committee member and secretary general of the Chinese Nephrology Society, the former chairman of the Jiangsu Nephrology Society, the standing committee member of the Chinese Nephrologists Association, the vice chairman of the Renal Dialysis Professional Committee of the China Non-public Hospital Association, the vice chairman of the East China Nephrology Association, and the former chairman of the Jiangsu Nephrology Specialist Branch. He enjoys the special government allowance of the State Council, the young and middle-aged leading talents of the "333" project in Jiangsu Province, the academic leader of the Qinglan Project, the outstanding medical key talents of Jiangsu Province, and the distinguished professor of Southeast University. His research interests include renal fibrosis and complications of hemodialysis. He has presided over 15 national, provincial and ministerial projects, and published more than 350 books, including more than 100 sci and 35 main (reference) edited works. He has won 16 first prizes of natural sciences of the Ministry of Education, first prize of Chinese Medical Science and Technology Award, second prize of scientific and technological progress of the Ministry of Education, second prize of jiangsu province science and technology progress, and 2 national invention patents.
