On the fourth quarter and the Sixth Plenary Session of the Nineteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, Liu Xiaohua put forward specific requirements for the supervision of the safe production of dangerous goods in the city: First, further improve the political position and fully understand the seriousness and complexity of the situation of safe production of dangerous goods at the end of the year. The second is to further highlight the key points and strictly supervise safety measures. Functional departments should deploy and concentrate on tackling tough problems in accordance with the "Guigang City Three-Year Action Plan for Special Rectification of Work Safety", and further highlight the safety supervision of key areas, key industries, key sites, key enterprises, key personnel, key operations and key links of dangerous goods. The third is to further strengthen responsibility and ensure that measures are implemented in place. Strictly implement the main responsibility of enterprises and the responsibility of department supervision, plug the loopholes in safety management, ensure that the production and management of dangerous goods in the city "do not explode and do not lose", and create a safe and stable social environment for the smooth convening of the Sixth Plenary Session of the Nineteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Twelfth Party Congress of the Autonomous Region.
At the meeting, Ma Ke, executive deputy director of the Municipal Dangerous Goods Safety Production Professional Committee and deputy director of the Municipal Public Security Bureau, briefed the special committee on the work of the city's safe production of dangerous goods since the third quarter. China Resources (Guigang) Cement Co., Ltd. made an experience speech, Guangxi Xiongfa Blasting Company Guiping Branch made a statement, and the Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Bureau, a member of the Municipal Dangerous Goods Safety Production Professional Committee, reported on the safety production of dangerous goods since the third quarter of the unit.
More than 40 people attended the meeting at the main venue, including the leaders in charge of the units of the Municipal Committee of The Professional Committee for the Safe Production of Dangerous Goods, the deputy directors in charge of public security work and the head of the public security brigade of the Gangbei, Gangnan and Qintang Public Security Bureaus, and the legal representatives (or responsible persons) of all the explosives, highly toxic and fireworks and firecrackers practitioners in the three districts under the jurisdiction of the city. The Guiping Municipal Public Security Bureau and the Pingnan County Public Security Bureau attended the meeting at the sub-venue.
