Zhao Nan talked with the criminal many times, and after the approval of the organization, he deliberately asked the criminal to call the child to send blessings to the child. Eventually, the child was admitted to college.

In order to educate the criminals on gratitude, Zhao Nan and his colleagues organized the criminals to use their spare time to weave love scarves and gloves for the elderly in the five guarantee households of the nursing home. The old people said happily: "It turns out that the prison has reformed the criminals so well!" One criminal said excitedly: "I will definitely participate in such an event." ”

From March 18 to April 12, 2020, Zhao Nan was engaged in regulatory safety work at the isolation point of Yuanjiatai Fanggang Hospital in Wuhan. She overcame the serious discomfort of wearing protective clothing for a long time, worked overtime to familiarize herself with the situation in the prison area, carefully studied and judged the ideological dynamics of criminals in special environments, and adopted various forms to implement the task of education reform.

In April 2020, Zhao Nan was credited with a second-class merit by the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Justice. In January 2021, she was awarded the title of "Advanced Individual in the National Judicial Administration System's Fight against COVID-19" by the Ministry of Justice.

Since then, for about 5 years, she has often called the prospective stewardess's family and is enthusiastic about sending money and mailing clothes.
