On January 18th, Xie Shuowen, Chairman of Macau Helida Energy Group Co., Ltd., and Zhang Chengru, Chairman of Shandong Spark Science and Technology Research Institute, led a delegation to conduct an investment inspection of new energy oil production projects in our state.

Macau Helida Energy Group Co., Ltd. and Shandong Xinghuo Science and Technology Research Institute intend to invest 860 million yuan in our state to build 500,000 tons of ultra-clean gasoline, ultra-clean diesel, biodiesel, ethanol gasoline, methanol gasoline, new gas (dimethyl ether, LNG, CNG) production base and 36 new energy sales demonstration center projects.
Yang Yongying said: Our prefecture is a pilot zone for the "Spark Plan, Poverty Alleviation through Science and Technology" that the United Front Work Department of the CPC Central Committee, the Central Committees of various democratic parties, the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, the Ministry of Science and Technology, and the State Nationalities Commission have participated in the construction of the "Spark Plan, Science and Technology Poverty Alleviation." It is the first choice for undertaking the transformation of achievements of the Shandong Spark Science and Technology Research Institute, and is the first choice for coal chemical, coal-to-oil, and bio-oil-to-oil projects.
Yang Yongying demanded that the relevant departments directly under the prefecture should actively cooperate and take the initiative to serve; the United Front Work Department of the Prefecture CPC Committee should make good use of the platform for the construction of the pilot zone, increase coordination, and take the lead in organizing the State Science and Technology Bureau, the Prefecture Industry and Information Technology Commission, the Prefecture Commercial grain bureau, Xingren County, Yilong New District, and other relevant departments and counties and districts to inspect the investment enterprises and promote the construction of the project.
At the forum, Xie Shuowen and Zhang Chengru respectively explained the investment projects, development technology and capital guarantees, and consulted on land planning and the layout of sales centers.
