On November 1, the 13th Standing Committee Meeting of the 8th CPPCC Huicheng District was held. Ling Zhan, chairman of the CPPCC Regional Committee, presided over the meeting, vice chairmen Hu Aihua, Xu Hanbiao, Ou Weilin, and Ye Zhuqiao, and secretary general Chen Weixiu attended the meeting. Lin Yueyun, secretary of the CPPCC regional CPPCC leading group, was invited to attend the meeting as an observer.
The meeting decided that the first meeting of the Ninth Committee of the Huicheng District CPPCC Committee would be held from November 15 to 17, 2021, and the meeting proposed the agenda: 1. Hearing and deliberating the work report of the Standing Committee of the 8th Huicheng District Committee of the huizhou City huicheng District of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference; 2. Hearing and deliberating the report of the Standing Committee of the 8th Committee of the Huizhou Huicheng District committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference on the work of the proposal (in writing); 3. Attending the first session of the Ninth People's Congress of Huicheng District as an observer; Hear and discuss the work report of the Huicheng District People's Government and other relevant reports; fourth, elect the chairman, vice chairman, secretary general, and standing committee member of the Ninth Huizhou Huicheng District Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference; fifth, listen to the report (in writing) on the collection and review of proposals during the first meeting of the Ninth Huicheng District Committee of the huizhou City of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference; and sixth, deliberate and adopt the resolution of the first meeting of the Ninth Committee of the Huizhou Huicheng District of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.
The meeting also deliberated and adopted the circular of the district government on the handling of motions since the Sixth Session of the Eighth CPPCC Regional Committee (Written), deliberated and adopted in principle the schedule (draft) of the first session of the Ninth CPPCC Regional Committee, the work report and rapporteur of the Eighth Cppcc Standing Committee of the District CPPCC Committee (draft), the report of the Eighth Cppcc Standing Committee of the District CPPCC Committee on the work of motions and the person (draft), listened to the report on the composition of the members of the Ninth CPPCC Regional Committee, and consulted and approved the list of members of the Ninth CPPCC Committee (draft).
