2. After buying the cleaned turtle, clean it and set aside.
3. Prepare a thicker aluminum pot. If there is no aluminum pot, you can use an iron pot. It has to be thicker. Never use a pan that is too thin. Spread the prepared 2 pounds of coarse salt evenly over the bottom of the pan, then sprinkle the washed lemongrass evenly over the coarse salt and lay a layer. The next step is to put the processed turtle into the pot, put the turtle in place and cover the lid.
4. Place the turtle on a stove and burn on high heat for 10 minutes, then "steam" for 50 minutes on low heat. This "steamed" turtle is made without water droplets.
