Born in 1892 in Chaigoubao Town, Huai'an County, Zhangjiakou City, the samurai Minzi Mianzhi threw himself into the Xinhai Revolution in his early years and grew into the commander of the 98th Army of the National Revolutionary Army during his decades-long career as a horseman. During the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, he led his troops to gallop in the Taihang Mountains, Taiyue Mountains, and Zhongtiao Mountains, heroically resisted the Japanese invaders, and experienced more than ten bloody battles, repeatedly built up miracles, and became a famous anti-Japanese general at home and abroad. On September 29, 1941, in the Battle of Zhongtiao Mountain launched by the Japanese army, he personally led his soldiers to charge and kill, and died heroically at the age of 49.
