At the beginning of 2020, I firmly submitted an application to the party organization to join the party and became an honorable communist party member. From yearning for the party, to submitting an application to join the party, to solemnly swearing to become a party member under the party flag, it is a sacred and unforgettable experience for every Member of the Communist Party of China. Since joining the party, I have conscientiously completed my work, worked hard to practice the "four forces", continuously improved my professional quality, laid a solid professional foundation, accelerated the updating of knowledge, mastered the "housekeeping skills", and at the same time leaned down, sank my heart, examined the facts, and personally walked into the grassroots, into the frontline, and into the fields.
In August 2020, my colleagues and I spent half a month going deep into the vibrant town of Bijie City, climbing cliffs and drilling caves, and writing a three-episode series of reports on "Chiseling out the Heavenly Canal to Create Vitality". The report focuses on a series of water conservancy facilities such as "Tianqu" built by cadres and the masses in the 1950s and 1960s to overcome huge difficulties, vividly portraying the perseverance and determination of Guizhou people to seek development and fight poverty, and this report won the first prize of the Guizhou Journalism Award.
This year, pregnant, I actively participated in the key report planned by the Rong Media Center of Guizhou Radio and Television Station, "Heaven Enters the Earth to See Guizhou", which lasted two months, went deep into many departments, and wrote a report on guiyang Gui'an's "strong provincial capital" action measures.
With the continuous convergence of media, new media technology has broken through the limitations of traditional media and presented a new cognition. I also realized that to improve my all-media communication ability, I must learn new expressive thinking and skills, so that the audience or users are willing to listen, understand, and like to listen, and ultimately achieve the communication effect of news reports.
