Memoirs of Middle School Teachers and Students: In the autumn of 1994, I came to Nan Tsui Junior High School to teach Chinese

[Press: In July 2020, we established the public account of "Middle School Teachers and Students". In the past six months, nearly 10,000 middle school teachers and students have gathered. In the early stage, we serialized Cao Zhenfeng's "Middle School Teachers and Students" and Ba Longfeng's "Never Lose My Love" (partial), which caused a good response among middle school teachers and students. Since January 30th, we have begun to serialize the new work "Memoirs of Middle School Teachers and Students" by Teacher Yin Xinwu, which is the reading process and work process of Teacher Yin, and it is also the mental journey of a generation of middle school teachers and students. I hope to get everyone's attention and support as always, and welcome everyone to punch in and read every day. 】

- 5 - Nam Tsui Junior High School: Overlooking the mountains with a smile, the night star accompanies the moon

[Inscription: If Beiguan Primary School is a flying knife that suddenly came to me on the road of life, then Wopu Primary School is the eclipsed soul of my wave in the realm of literature; if Hangchuan Primary School is the lonely sword that I edited the school magazine, then Nantsui Junior High School is the Tianshan God who pioneered teaching and research and shone brightly. 】

I remember that after I arrived at Nam Tsui Junior High School, I would occasionally walk into the dormitories of several male teachers. None of the people in the room greeted each other! This side of the water and soil is so "hard"! Let me, who has always been arrogant, can't help but take a breath of cold air.

Later, after getting acquainted with them, I heard that even Comrade Feng Zhen, who was then the director of the township education committee, had been swept away by Feng Xiaoqiang, one of the "Four Heavenly Kings.". Since then, the teachers of Nanzui Junior High School have shaken their heads.

Most of the students here are day students, and President Feng counted them once shortly after his arrival: there were 179 students who were late in the morning, and there were only more than 250 people in the school.

Soon after President Feng took office, he made a new curtain for the teacher's dormitory, the curtain was made of white cloth, and "Nanzhong No. 12" was printed on it, and my dormitory was "Nanzhong No. 12". Therefore, some people say that the row where I live is "Zhongnanhai" (reading "Nanzhong" backwards, it becomes "Zhongnan", and this row is inhabited by President Feng), and the dormitory in the north is "Shenzhen" (that row is inhabited by the vice principal, so it is called this nickname).

Among the principals of Nan Tsui Junior High School, Feng Qingyi is indeed an iron-fisted figure. Once, a teacher happened to meet the principal of a central primary school at dusk, and joked that we, Principal Feng, asked you to dance in a certain place tonight! The other party believed it to be true, but waited in the middle of the night.

The next day, Principal Feng passed through his "defense zone" and was sneered and ridiculed by a certain principal. Principal Feng was stunned and angry, frightening the pranksters. Since then, no one has dared to take President Feng so far! However, the teachers of Nan Tsui Junior High School are also sharp in teaching and research activities, never soft-mouthed, and they will not be addicted to it, and after the meeting, in the principal's office, they will fight with their bosses for "three hundred rounds"!

I came to Nam Tsui Junior High School in the fall of 1994.

Nanzui Junior High School, not very far from the county seat, from the door of the county party committee "hit", the distance of 5 kilometers, it is already at the school gate.

The layout of the school goes like this:

With a wide avenue that can accommodate two cars running parallel to the main gate as the central line, from the left to the north, there is a row of classrooms, followed by a row of classrooms. On the right, from south to north, there is a row of classrooms and a row of classrooms. The student dormitories are located on the north side of the two rows of classrooms, and the east and west are symmetrical.

The layout of the teacher's dormitory is more chaotic. The school gate is entered, and there are four rooms on the east and west sides. Follow the main road, walk down a gentle slope that is not more than 10 meters long, and look east! There are five more dormitories, one sandwiched in the middle, which is the TV room.

Behind the student dormitories, there is an east-west avenue. To the north of the road, there are teachers' dormitories: four in the east and six in the west. To the west is the teacher's dormitory, and next to the west, is the student's toilet, which is very remote and eerie at night.

The front of the school is a mountain, not very high. On the left and right sides of the mountain, there is a road leading to Dinggou and Gaozhuang respectively. To the west of the school was the river, and across the river was the mountains—I hadn't been there.

When I was in Nan Tsui Junior High School, I went to the child's aunt's house for dinner at noon. The son of The Bearer (written as "Lian Xiang") finished the first and second grades of the first and second grades of Zhiyang Junior High School, and then transferred to Nan Tsui to read the third year of junior high school. Later, this nephew was admitted to China Southern Airlines. He is the best of his nephews who have devoted countless efforts to his brother-in-law, and he has also added a brilliant color to Lee's lintel.

In this rural middle school surrounded by mountains and rivers, I accompanied the three principals, who are commonly known as the "Elders of the Three Dynasties". In the mid-1990s, teachers began to pay attention to the publication of papers, and teaching research began to penetrate the hearts of the people. From this time on, the teacher who was good at essay writing began to look at people proudly with oblique eyes!

In the autumn of 1994, I began teaching two classes of Chinese from the first year of junior high school. In 1995, it started from the first year of junior high school and this time brought it to the second year of junior high school. In 1997, it started again from the first year of junior high school to the third year of junior high school.

This arrangement not only satisfies my mind of making progress step by step, but also does not have much pressure at work, which is more in line with my situation of participating in the self-examination at that time.

What excites me the most is that from the first to the third year of junior high school, I organically and systematically studied junior high school language, which is naturally a refreshing thing.

Under the premise of solid lectures, I worked as a Chinese pedagogy training for primary two teachers, which was in the autumn of 1998. In addition, I was hired as a member of the "Township Teaching and Research Association" and participated in the teaching and research activities organized by the Township Education Committee several times. This was a brilliant period for my educational research!

The teaching and research I established was conceived in 1997, officially implemented in 1998, and ended and contested in 1999.

In the autumn of 1998, on the basis of four years of teaching, I took advantage of the strong momentum of reading the book "Teaching Theory" to participate in the language teaching experiment! Later, this experiment won the second prize of the "Yutong Cup" of the Chinese Language Association, and I was rated as an excellent experimental teacher. This recognition of chinese in Chinese is undoubtedly the highest reward I can get in this life from a professional point of view!

Teacher Chen Yan was the director of teaching at the time. This duke once said to himself, "His face is strange and ugly, his temper is strange and stubborn, his skills are strange, and his talent is strange." At that time, we were both nearly thirty years old, and I was still reckless and rash, and I loved to do things with a momentary temperament, but Chen Yan was sophisticated. He wrote a pen with a strong and tough pen, had a reputation as an eloquent, and wrote a paper overnight, and immediately sent it away the next day.

Soft knives can't be cut, the overlord is the bow, and people don't pee him! Such a teaching director is naturally the leader followed by the young people around him, a master of articles who can turn stones into gold, and a teaching expert who can do everything in all directions!

Chen Yan later cooperated with the leaders of the township education committee and the principal of the central primary school, and everyone "held hands" one by one, creating the highest record for thesis writing in Taohuashan Township! It's really "all-you-can-eat cooperation"! To this day, he is still active in the field of provincial teaching topics, but ordinary people easily ask him not to move!

The teachers here are divided into several factions according to the region and the succession of teachers, and the forces of the middle school teachers and students are the strongest. It is not a teacher-student relationship, or a villager or a relationship of relatives, and the sectarian nature is very prominent. Fortunately, this does not affect teaching at the grassroots level, and only in the middle of the leadership, it will be hidden and appeared from time to time, like a ghost.

In the autumn of 1997, people who were full of the idea of teaching at the already established Huining No. 4 Middle School in the near future turned their attention to this junior high school located on the outskirts of the city, almost squeezing through the Nan Tsui Junior High School. For a time, even accommodation became a problem. A year later, Nanzui Junior High School became deserted again, and colleagues with a way, like Jiang Ziya's kunlun mountain, went to the "Huining Fourth Middle School" to make meritorious achievements, but I still had to stay here for a while.

In the autumn of 1997, a group of young teachers were transferred to "South Junior High School", which changed the air in Nan Tsui Junior High School! For me, the most gratifying thing is to meet a friend who absolutely overwhelms Chen Yan, Wei Chengzhang. He is the biology teacher of Huining No. 2 Middle School, and he is in contact with Yao Lixia, who is assigned to the school, and his whereabouts are frequent. This is a "big wrestler" who likes to copy the monographs of famous educators. His exquisite educational ideology "Wei Jia Kung Fu" ("Wai Jia Kung Fu") reached its peak, which can be called the "crown of the moment" in the teacher's line, which really shocked me!

In 1996, while studying Guo Moruo's commentary, I wrote a newsletter for the Taohuashan Township Education Committee, "Where the Peach Blossoms Bloomed--Taohuashan Township Large-scale Education, Revitalization of Education, and Enrichment of the Countryside", which was published in Silver Education. The subtitle in this title was formulated by Wu Chengming, the editor-in-chief at the time. He was a history teacher of the "Jingshi", who later changed careers and galloped around the land of Longyuan by writing poems, whose poems were ethereal, clear, graceful and elegant.

In my seven years at Nan Tsui Junior High School, I studied education with my wife and brother, pioneered the golden light avenue of early education, looked at the tide of world education, traced the general trend of modern family education, and laid the initial foundation for leading children to release their potential in a democratic and harmonious pattern. Later, when I was in the primary school of the teaching field, no matter what kind of setbacks I encountered, I never wavered, and in the face of depression, I turned to studying military history and party history, looking at educational innovation and social corruption from a rational and dialectical point of view, and cultivating my mind and cultivating my nature with a buddhist and tolerant attitude, which had a considerable relationship with the tempering of this period.

In the summer of 1999, I read the book "The Wisdom of Tutoring" from the Extraordinary Experimental Class of Beijing No. 8 Middle School! This book proves that my wife and brother-in-law have painstakingly focused on some innovative ideas and practices of family education over the years.

Later, when I was teaching the primary school, I also read the conclusive monograph of the experiment in Beijing Eighth Middle School, "The Place where Extraordinary Children Grow Up".

It was a great honor for me to have read these books!

Education is indeed the most meaningful to those who are intoxicated with it. And the cause of family education is also the most worthwhile for those who are interested in this.

Looking back at the seven years of Nan Tsui Junior High School, in a group of teachers with dozens of people on the outskirts of the city, I integrated the strengths of hundreds of families, studied the changes of ancient and modern times, cast "swords" in the dou room, avoided falling into the whirlpool of burnout, and after returning to the county, I took an atmospheric step out of the ranks of everyone!

The years of Nan Tsui Junior High School were a rather quiet period of my life. The academic atmosphere it creates fills my teacher's glass of affection with a glass of passion.

It is also like a song, its soaring main melody, its agitated notes, evoking the sky full of stars and waking up the dawn of the day.

I remember a cold winter night, dripping water into ice, the campus is quiet and silent. Chen Yan and I tasted tea, smoked, and occasionally on the occasion of poetry, we once exchanged the following sentences:

Breeze Bright Moon Beauty Tears (Chen)

Fast Knife Spirits Hero Heart (Yin)

At that time, I was sharp, energetic, experienced, and sensitive, often talking with three or five friends, and preferring to make friends with middle school students. Perhaps, in the impression of these students, I can be regarded as a teacher with real talent and practical learning!

In the schools I walked through, the students of Nam Tsui Junior High School, especially the first class of students from 1997 to 2000, made a deep and deep impression on me.

Fog locks mountains and water, love is full of sun and moon stars.

After a long time of lecturing, the wind and rain in all directions.

In the middle of the transfer, leaving pens and poems.

And now Sinan Tsui, the gains and losses are quite clear.
