The transformation of the old area is the biggest livelihood in Hongkou. Located in the western part of the North Bund area, Sanshouli is close to the Hongkou Riverside, which is composed of a series of old neighborhoods with an area of about 62,000 square meters, and looks like a butterfly from the air. In June this year, the Shanshouli plot took effect ahead of schedule with a 97.88% levy signing rate, indicating that the old land plot will soon break through the cocoon and enter the "fast lane" of the North Bund to create a new benchmark for urban development in the new era.
During the period of land expropriation, the Second Party Branch of the Sophomore Residential Area of North Bund Street gave full play to the advantages of party organizations in the front line, making it a strong fighting fortress for promoting the work of old reform and improving the well-being of the masses. As the secretary of the second party branch, after learning the news, I promptly reported the situation to the general party branch of the sophomore residential area, and immediately organized party members to strengthen the publicity of the expropriation policy. I led the backbone of the party members in the branch to go deep into the neighborhood, listen to the voices, interpret the policies, dispel rumors and puzzles, and finally the WeChat group was smoothly dissolved, and we used practical actions to escort the overall situation of the transformation of the old district. In the process of promoting the collection of old land plots in Shanshouli, coinciding with the important stage of prevention and control of the new crown pneumonia epidemic, our branch strictly implements various measures for epidemic prevention and control to ensure that the prevention and control of the epidemic and the collection of old reforms are "not wrong".

The two elderly people are lonely elderly, one with a disease, one with a physical disability, because the current address is not far from the hospital, afraid that it will not be convenient to see a doctor after the relocation, so they do not agree to levy. After learning of this situation, I and several party members in the branch immediately discussed and studied countermeasures, went to the door to understand the demands and concerns of the two orphans, and used the rest time to take turns to contact the surrounding rental agents to take the initiative to find satisfactory transitional housing for the elderly. At the same time, the party branch also actively played a role as a bridge, communicating the situation of the two orphans and the old reform project team and the manager to jointly discuss the most appropriate solution. In this way, we ran for several days for the elderly, and our professionalism won the understanding of the two elderly people. The old man finally changed his mind and signed on the last day of the all-monetary compensation centralized contract.
