He believes that the reason why China has been able to achieve remarkable achievements in epidemic prevention and control and economic and social development is because it puts the people's life and health and development interests in the most important position and takes the people as the center.

Chemonil has long been concerned about China's reform and opening up policies and poverty alleviation. He observed that in the process of China's fight against the epidemic, governments at all levels have always put people's lives first, demonstrated efficient organizational and executive power, and made China the "safest country" in the world. He said that China has not only set an example for other countries to fight the epidemic, but also provided assistance to many developing countries and worked hard to promote international anti-epidemic cooperation.

Speaking of China's continuous promotion of high-level opening up, Chemonil said that before the epidemic, he had to go to the Pearl River Delta region several times a year. He was impressed by the development speed of Shenzhen, one of the representatives of China's reform and opening up, and the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the Hainan Free Trade Port made him more expectant of China's reform and opening up.
