On August 19th, Hebei Province's "Ten Thousand Enterprises Transformation" Industrial Enterprise Inspection Activity - "Tangshan Trip" was held simultaneously online and offline in 15 venues such as Beijing Zhongke Zhihui Workshop, Hebei Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, and Tangshan City Department of Industry and Information Technology. The activity aims to further deepen the cooperation between Hebei Province and the Chinese Academy of Sciences, implement the strategic cooperation agreement between the Hebei Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology and the Science and Technology Innovation and Development Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, give full play to the advantages of the Scientific and Technological Innovation Resources of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and better serve the transformation and upgrading of enterprises in Hebei Province.

Wu Jianguo said that the Chinese Academy of Sciences is an important national strategic scientific and technological force, and promoting the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is the main responsibility of the Chinese Academy of Sciences; in the future, the Chinese Academy of Sciences will take more pragmatic measures to create a good environment, provide high-quality services and do a good job in providing strong guarantees for cooperation between the two sides. It is hoped that the two sides will take this as a starting point, gather their strength, deepen the transformation of "ten thousand enterprises" in Hebei, and contribute to the innovative development, green development and high-quality development of Hebei's industry.
Zhang Tao introduced that as a resource-based heavy chemical industrial city, Tangshan is in the critical stage of transformation and upgrading, climbing over the obstacles, the "industrial inspection" activity fully mobilizes the scientific research and intellectual resources of top domestic scientific research institutions, which will surely provide strong support for Tangshan enterprises to adjust the old and cultivate the new, transform and develop, promote Tangshan to build a modern industrial system, and create a new economic growth point.
Wang Jianfen said that since 2018, the manufacturing sector in Hebei Province has deployed the "Transformation of Ten Thousand Enterprises" action; the Hebei Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology and the Science and Technology Innovation and Development Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences have cooperated to build an industrial Internet platform for the transformation and upgrading of enterprises in Hebei Province, effectively integrating the scientific and external science and technology and expert resources inside and outside the Academy of Sciences as the core, injecting strong impetus into the transformation of enterprises, and cultivating new momentum, expanding new space and setting new benchmarks for the development of "enterprise transformation and upgrading" in Hebei and even the whole country.
It is reported that around the pain points in the process of enterprise transformation and upgrading in Hebei Province, in 2019, the Science and Technology Innovation and Development Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Hebei Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology carried out strategic cooperation with the key tasks of the "Transformation of Ten Thousand Enterprises" action as the core goal, and the Beijing National Technology Transfer Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences implemented specific work. According to the overall work plan of "Transformation of Ten Thousand Enterprises", the cooperating parties aggregate the advantages of science and technology and talents of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, build a three-level diagnosis and treatment system of "industrial hospital", "industrial clinic" and "industrial doctor" through the combination of online and offline, and build an open "Industrial Internet Platform for Enterprise Transformation and Upgrading in Hebei Province".
By the end of July this year, a total of 147 reporting units on the platform had completed registration, and the platform integrated and matched 130,000 expert resources, more than 200,000 scientific and technological projects, and 4,069 "physical examination reports" of industrial enterprises. By focusing on the key technical issues common to the leading industries in Hebei, the Beijing National Technology Transfer Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences has introduced scientific and technological and talent resources of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in batches, promoted the establishment of 100 "industrial clinics", attracted thousands of scientific research and management talents of the Chinese Academy of Sciences as "industrial doctors", and provided professional and systematic services for the transformation and upgrading of more than 14,000 regulated enterprises.
On the day of the event, the academician lecture hall activity was also held; 8 industrial clinics signed a contract with industrial enterprises in Tangshan to complete the diagnosis and treatment docking project. Representatives of relevant industrial clinics and enterprises made exchange speeches. The event also concluded with a project roadshow. According to the needs of enterprise transformation and upgrading in Tangshan, 5 projects from the Institute of Process of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Shenyang Institute of Automation of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Institute of Metal Sciences of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the Institute of Physics and Chemistry of the Chinese Academy of Sciences conducted roadshows.
