Fang Xiangkun (1873-1916), also known as Hou'an, was a native of Lantian, Shaanxi, and a modern Chinese democratic revolutionary. In 1911, during the Xi'an Uprising, he joined the Cao Yinhou Death Army, accompanied the army to fight, and made military achievements. In 1916, he was arrested for opposing Yuan Shikai's claim to the throne, and was arrested by the enemy, and he was one of the eighteen martyrs of Xi'an who opposed Yuan.

Jiao Zijing (1878-1945), a native of Fuping, Shaanxi, was a modern Chinese democratic revolutionary. Li Mengbiao (1879-1952), a native of Xunyang, Shaanxi, joined the Army in Ili, Xinjiang in 1908, and joined the Chinese League through Feng Temin's introduction in the same year. In 1916, when Yuan Shikai became emperor, Nannanxuan organized an anti-Yuan campaign. Jing Yuexiu (6 September 1879 – 1 February 1936), born in Dashizi Lane, Pucheng County, Shaanxi Province, was known as the brother of Jing Beimu, a famous leader of the Xinhai Revolution.
