When the police disposed of it, the man refused to cooperate, drilled into the bottom of the police car, and stripped off his shirt to provoke the police to shoot. His wife instigated the crowd to watch. Eventually, the couple was placed in administrative detention by the police.
At about 3:10 p.m. on the 8th, the Shengli police station received an alarm from the property management personnel of a residential area on Baisha Road in the jurisdiction, saying that an owner parked and blocked the entrance to the underground parking lot of the community, causing other vehicles to be unable to enter and exit normally.
The police rushed to the scene to see that a black car was parked horizontally at the entrance of the underground garage, and the family of three was arguing with several property management personnel. It is understood that the car has been parked like this for more than an hour, which seriously affects the travel of other vehicles.
The property management staff explained that the underground garage management is intelligent to identify the car number. When the man came to park, because his car had no parking space in the garage, the system could not recognize it, and there was no automatic opening gate. Reinforcements arrived and summoned the couple to the Victory Police Station for further investigation.
It is understood that the man who drove the road blocked was surnamed Wei, 57 years old this year; his wife Liu Mou, 56 years old this year; and his son Wei Moucheng, 26 years old this year. Both husband and wife are from Liuzhou City. Inside the police station, all three confessed to the illegal facts of disrupting the order of the unit and obstructing the performance of their duties.
According to the police, the behavior of Mr. and Mrs. Wei has violated the Law on Punishment for Administration of Public Security, which constitutes disrupting order in public places and obstructing the performance of duties. To this end, the police punished Wei and Liu with administrative detention for 20 and 5 days respectively. His son was less severe and released after being admonished by education.
