However, subject to factors such as concentrated production areas, fresh food, difficult storage, transportation costs, etc., its sales are mainly limited to coastal cities. In addition, in the field of clam processing, most of the nutrient-rich clam soup is wasted because it is not well processed.
In order to further enhance the edible value of clam soup and improve the deep processing and utilization of clam products, the team used clam soup to make seafood clam seasoning.
The product is naturally healthy, no sodium glutamate added; special seafood umami; the main ingredient is clam polypeptide, which has rich physiological functions and nutritional value.
