On January 31, 2019, the seminar on the large-scale documentary "My Land and My People" of CCTV was held in Beijing. Jiang Chengshan, deputy inspector of the General Office of the Ministry of Water Resources, Zhou Wenfeng, secretary of the Party Committee of the Propaganda and Education Center, leaders of relevant departments and bureaus, Deng Wu, producer of the Record Channel of the Central Radio and Television Corporation, Chi Jianxin, supervisor of the project team of "My Land and My People", Chen Zijun, general director, and the main creative personnel conducted expert demonstration and discussion on the work that has been carried out at the current stage of the film.
The large-scale documentary "My Land and My People" is a key project of the Central Radio and Television Corporation, which is produced by the Central News Documentary Film Studio (Group). There are six episodes, each 50 minutes long. It is a documentary that explores the interrelationship between Chinese and nature, focusing on how man and nature coexist in the vast land of China. The meeting mainly invited experts to give suggestions on the content of the episode "Rivers and Lakes".
Experts gave suggestions on the revision of the shooting outline, put forward constructive suggestions for the shooting of related rivers and lakes such as the Yellow River, Dianchi Lake, taihu Lake from the microscopic point of view, and explained the relationship between rivers and lakes and the cultural genes of the Chinese nation from a macroscopic point of view. "My Land and My People" will be a documentary of both scientific and cultural nature, and the program is scheduled to be broadcast on the Record Channel of China Central Radio and Television Corporation in 2019.
