On December 6, 2018, the seminar on the large-scale documentary "My Land and My People" of the Central Radio and Television Corporation was held in Beijing. Xia Jun, deputy director of the General Office of the Ministry of Natural Resources, leaders of relevant departments and bureaus, Deng Wu, producer of the Record Channel of the Central Radio and Television Corporation, Yang Jing, editor-in-chief, Chen Zijun, chief director of "My Soil and My People", Chen Yao, chief writer, Shen Hua, Chen Dong, Liu Wen, and other main creative personnel conducted expert demonstrations and discussions on the work that has been carried out at the current stage of the film.
The large-scale documentary "My Land and My People" is a key project of the Central Radio and Television Corporation, which is produced by the Central News Documentary Film Studio (Group). There are six episodes, each 50 minutes long. It is a documentary that explores the interrelationship between Chinese and nature, focusing on how man and nature coexist in the vast land of China. While showing the "beauty of geography" and "science" in China, the film will re-examine the world we live in and ourselves.
Experts believe that the documentary "My Land and My People" involves quite a wealth of content, and will be a documentary that is both scientific, interesting and vivid, fully centering on the goal of building a "beautiful China" and highlighting the value concept of China's green development in the new era. The program is scheduled to be broadcast on the CCTV Documentary Channel in 2019.
