Focusing on the theme of "Cradle of Oil, Red Property", the cultural exhibition room set up 5 exhibition units such as "Born from Oil, Difficult To Start", "Develop the Economy, Ensure Supply", "Accelerate Development, Serve people's livelihood", "Adjust and Transform, Innovate Management", "Conform to Reform, Stride Forward", etc., in the form of a combination of pictures and texts, reliefs, models, scenes, sand tables, etc., telling the development and struggle process of the logistics property of the cradle of oil.
Yumen Oilfield is known as the "cradle of China's petroleum industry" and has gone through 82 years of development. In the spring of 1941, Diao Deshun, Wang Daoyi, and Chen Ben secretly organized the establishment of the party branch of the Laojunmiao Mining Area of the CPC in the Yumen Oilfield, establishing the first party branch of PetroChina; in the autumn of the same year, at the instruction of Zhou Enlai, Pan Zinian, director of the Xinhua Daily, sent Tian Boping, director of the editorial office of the company, and 7 other communist party members to secretly establish the party branch of the school for the children of the Gansu Oil mining bureau of the CPC. At that time, the school was the subordinate organization of the General Affairs Office, the earliest property management institution in the oilfield, and the red property began from then on.
