When you walk out of the small house, your eyes are clear and your steps are brisk.
The birth of the little house and its city trip came from a wonderful encounter. In June 2016, the Huangpu District Committee of the Communist Party of China guided the establishment of the "Cultural Sinan" Regionalized Party Building Joint Conference, creating a new platform that unites relevant industries and resident units to serve the public, taking party building as the guide and culture as the link, and launching a series of cultural projects to benefit the people. So, in the Sinan Mansion on Fuxing Middle Road on Sinan Road, under the plane tree, in a garden house, this movable diamond-shaped building, sinan Bookstore Pop-up Shop, popped up out of thin air.
Sixty days after its debut operation, the little house began its urban drift. Shanghai Film Museum, Fudan University, Huangpu District Party Building Service Center, Shanghai University of Sport... With the practice of "Cultural Sinan" regionalized party building, small houses sail in many corners of the city, so that writers and scholars who live or stay here for a short time can interact with readers in different places, and then encourage people to read, write, think, and love. Second, the surname "Gong" of "Gongguan" is more "Gong"
Sinan Mansion, the only project in the central city of Shanghai featuring the preservation and protection of a piece of garden residence, is a concentration of modern residential buildings in Shanghai. No. 87 Sinan Road is Mei Lanfang's Meihua Bookstore with "bearded Mingzhi", No. 61 Sinan Road is the former residence of Xue Dubi, who resigned from an important position in the Nanjing government and served as a lawyer in Shanghai, and No. 81 Sinan Road is the residence of Zeng Pu and Zeng Xubai' father and son. In 1928, zeng Pu's and his sons' zhenmei shan bookstore used this as an editorial department, and often held various literary salons. Liu Yazi, Li Liejun and others have also left footprints here. The most famous is the Zhou Mansion, the office of the Communist Party of China delegation in Shanghai, which was established in 1946. The unique architectural style and the stops of historical figures give Sinan Road a legendary color.
In September 1999, the Shanghai Municipal Government proposed to carry out a pilot project for the protection and transformation of historical buildings and blocks, and Sinan Mansion was identified as one of the four pilot projects for the preservation and renovation of Shanghai Historical and Cultural Landscape Area and Excellent Historical Buildings. In the late 1990s, when Shanghai was the critical period of several consecutive "three years of great changes", the development of Xintiandi created an old city transformation model, and the Sinan Mansion Block chose to protect the overall historical style of the area as the starting point, based on the planning concept of "reproducing the style and reshaping the function", and opened 10 years of arduous protection and renovation, which was put into operation before the 2010 Shanghai World Expo.

In the eyes of Sun Ganlu, the main planner and writer of the Sinan Book Club, "Cultural Sinan" is more like a common home, and what is to be created is a bigger home. "In the Sinan Mansion under the cover of French plane trees, this 'home' is a connection between writers and readers, connecting a deep tradition of literary reading." Huangpu District, where this block is located, is the district where the Communist Party of China was born, and within a radius of 1 kilometer around the Sinan Mansion, a number of red historical sites such as the Memorial Hall of the First Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Memorial Hall of the Former Site of the Central Organ of the Chinese Socialist Youth League, the Former Site of the Office of the Communist Party of China Delegation in Shanghai (Zhou Gongguan), the former site of the founding place of the Communist Party of China (the editorial office of "New Youth"), and the new printing house have been gathered, giving birth to the unique red gene of "Cultural Sinan".
