It is understood that in the torrential rain and flood, some municipal facilities, roads, bridges and culverts, rainwater pipe networks, sewage treatment and other urban infrastructure in Erqi District were seriously damaged. In view of the problems of post-disaster reconstruction and operation management, the Erqi District Urban Management Bureau insists on promoting and optimizing management by classification, regards post-disaster reconstruction and restoration of production and life as a major political responsibility and the most urgent people's livelihood project, and arranges professionals to conduct a comprehensive investigation of the hidden dangers of road safety in the jurisdiction, classify and summarize the problems of road damage and collapse, and establish ledgers; organize construction teams to group roads by region to further optimize the construction plan. Carry out emergency repair of the collapse and newly emerging collapse of each road, and actively and steadily and orderly promote construction. Up to now, a total of 880 road collapses, subsidences and damages have been identified, 887 have been rectified, and the remaining 3 are stepping up repairs, of which the northern section of Konka Road and Pinghu Road is still in the rescue due to the large volume of the collapse, and the minghui South Road rescue is stepping up the paving, and it is expected to be completed before the end of the month.
In order to speed up the post-disaster recovery and reconstruction work in a "race against time", while implementing road repair, the Erqi District Urban Management Bureau also dredged the silt and rainwater pipe network of 32 roads such as Jianyun Street, Qingfeng Street and Freedom Road, rushed to repair and replace the manhole covers of 115 roads such as Huainan Street, Cotton Spinning Road and Qingong Street, repaired and replaced the manhole covers of 19 overhead lines such as Fushou Street, Xizhonghe Road, and Datong Road, and completed the radar detection of 25 road sections for hollow, empty, water-rich and other safety hazards. The length of the inspected road is up to 16 km.
In terms of the repair of the pipe network of rural domestic sewage treatment facilities, 95 rural domestic sewage treatment terminals in Houzhai Township, Mazhai Town and Cherry Valley Management Committee were all damaged and could not operate normally, and the sewage pipe network was damaged by about 15,000 meters. Due to the damage to the sewage pipe network, the discharge of domestic water for residents is directly affected, and the water damaged roads in the village cannot be repaired temporarily. In line with the concept of ensuring the people's livelihood and then treating domestic sewage normally, the Erqi District Urban Management Bureau repairs it in accordance with the principle of first pipe network and then terminal, easy before difficult, to ensure that the domestic sewage of the masses can be discharged normally. Up to now, a total of 43 sewage treatment terminals have been repaired, 3 terminals are being repaired, and the pipe network has been repaired for about 5240 meters.
