According to the official resume, Yu Fei was born in May 1960, graduated from the Heilongjiang Provincial Water Conservancy College in 1982, and worked in the former Heilongjiang Provincial Planning Commission for a long time, successively serving as the director of the World Bank's project office and the director of the Rural Economic Development Department, and in 2004 he was appointed as the director of the Fixed Asset Investment Division of the Heilongjiang Provincial Development and Reform Commission, and in 2007 he was appointed as the deputy inspector of the Heilongjiang Provincial Development and Reform Commission.
In 2011, Yu Fei was transferred to the deputy director of the Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Finance for 2 years, and in 2013, he was transferred to the party group secretary and deputy director of the Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Transportation.
In December 2014, Yu Fei was appointed director of the Department of Transportation of Heilongjiang Province, where he served for five and a half years, and until June this year, he was transferred to the vice chairman of the Financial and Economic Committee of the Heilongjiang Provincial People's Congress.
The Beijing News reporter noted that the Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Transportation has been investigated for two consecutive terms, and the last one was Gao Xuewen.
Born in August 1956, Gao Xuewen served as director of the Jixi Municipal Transportation Bureau and director of the Heilongjiang Provincial Highway Bureau, and was appointed deputy director of the Heilongjiang Provincial Transportation Department in 2007 and director of the Heilongjiang Provincial Transportation Department in 2013.
In 2013, when Yu Fei was transferred to the party group of the Heilongjiang Provincial Transportation Department, the director of the department at the time was Gao Xuewen, and the two worked together in one team for more than a year.
