Has your school ever told students that if you don't participate in an internship, you will delay the issuance of your diploma? Is this mandatory? When your school arranges internships for students, according to what principles do you choose the internship unit? Is it professionally equivalent? Your school and the factory negotiate student internship, the identity of the student is not counted as a worker, do you want to comply with the labor employment regulations?
According to Xiaopeng, the school requires students to participate in internships arranged by the school, otherwise it will affect the issuance of graduation certificates. According to the school, there is no forced placement of students for internships. The two sides are completely inconsistent, and the two sides seem to have different perceptions of the word "compulsion".

Although the company does not pay insurance to the intern students, according to Xiaopeng's reflection on their work during the internship, the de facto employment relationship between the factory and the intern is undoubtedly established.
