Green said the team doctors are optimistic about the results of Zion's latest scans, which will be evaluated again in the next 2-3 weeks, and the results of the assessment will determine its comeback schedule.
Green revealed that Zion is currently in full-court no-confrontation training, in which he can cut in and do explosive moves.
Zion has been absent since he underwent surgery to repair a fracture in his right foot during the offseason.
