Other programs use illegal online audio-visual platforms and related illegal audio-visual products as titles, providing channels for illegal audio-visual content to circulate online.
In order to further standardize the order of the dissemination of online audio-visual programs, the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television has put forward four requirements: First, it is resolutely prohibited to illegally seize, cut and adapt audio-visual programs. II. Strengthen the management of audio-visual programs such as online films and trailers. III. Strengthen the management of all kinds of programs receiving titles and sponsorships. Fourth, strictly implement territorial management responsibilities.
This means that the supervision of Internet audio-visual programs such as short videos created for the second time will be tightened, and video websites and apps such as b station, Kuaishou, Douyin, watermelon video, pear video, and content creation companies such as runaway and Xudu will be affected to varying degrees.
