Wan Renru pointed out that state-owned enterprises are an important material foundation and political foundation of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and the audit of the economic responsibility of state-owned enterprise leaders during their tenure is different from the audit of the profit and loss of enterprises' assets and liabilities.

Wan Renru affirmed the effectiveness of the work of the two audit groups and put forward specific requirements for the audit work: First, political guidance and clear direction. The second is quality priority and bottom line control. Audit quality is the lifeblood and eternal theme. The audit team should earnestly grasp the quality of auditing, thoroughly review and review thoroughly, and put the objectives and requirements of quality management through the entire process of auditing. The third is the program guidance, focusing on control. The audit team should strictly implement the audit plan, combine the actual situation of state-owned enterprises, the characteristics of the industry, etc., focus on the center, highlight the key points, reveal the problems, and ensure the high-quality and efficient completion of the audit tasks. Fourth, the work style is solid and takes the lead in setting an example. The audit team should be strict with itself, strictly implement the national auditing standards and audit site management methods, pay attention to the standardization of instruments, behave in a civilized manner, and continue to carry forward the excellent style of the auditing iron army. Fifth, it is clean and efficient, civilized and according to law. The auditing team should strictly implement the work discipline requirements of the "eight inaccuracies" and "four strict prohibitions" for auditing, strictly abide by the work requirements of honest administration discipline and secrecy discipline, and truly audit according to law, civilized auditing, and honest auditing. Always establish a good image of auditors.
Wan Renru gave specific instructions to the audit team from four aspects, such as paying attention to the "triple one" decision-making, major project investment and operation, quasi-financial investment direction, and key capital transactions, which pointed out the direction for the next step of audit work.
