Li Lishan, Beizhu Lu Garden, Yangzheng Mountain House. Born in 1985 in Linqing, Shandong Province. In 2008, he graduated from the Central Academy of Fine Arts (majoring in calligraphy and seal engraving) with a bachelor's degree. In 2012, he graduated from the China Academy of Art (Seal Engraving Art Creation and Theoretical Research) with a master's degree, and his supervisor is Professor Luo Pengpeng. In 2016, he was admitted to the China Academy of Arts, where he studied for a doctoral degree in the direction of seal engraving art creation, and his supervisor was Professor Luo Pengpeng. The Ministry of Culture's National Arts Fund young seal engraving talents are the key training objects.
He is currently an academic member of the Chinese Calligraphy and Seal Engraving Art Committee of the Youth Federation of the Ministry of Culture, a distinguished professor of Hebei Academy of Fine Arts, a visiting teacher of Beijing Language and Culture University, the artistic director of Luyuan Calligraphy and Painting Museum, a member of the National Scholars Academic Committee in the 1980s, and now lives in Beijing, engaged in book, painting, printing creation and teaching research.
The exhibition of personal calligraphy and painting works has been held in Beijing 798 Daodong Art Museum, Beijing Liulichang Manzhai Gallery, Shandong Zibo Rongbao Zhairunhe Art Museum, Shandong Laiwu Dushang Art Museum and other places, and his works have participated in major domestic academic exhibitions and won awards dozens of times. His works have appeared in many domestic professional newspapers and periodicals such as "Chinese Calligraphy and Painting", "Collection investment guide", "Fine Arts Research", "Literature and Art Daily", "Fine Arts Newspaper", "Oriental Art -Calligraphy", "China Securities News", "Calligraphy Newspaper", "The First National Art Academy Chinese Painting Outstanding Works Collection", "Central Academy of Fine Arts Chinese Painting School Teachers and Students Works Collection" and so on. He has published works such as "Li Lishan Calligraphy and Painting Seal Engraving Collection" (Rong Baozhai Publishing House, 2012), "Renzhi Leshan - Li Lishan Calligraphy and Painting Seal Engraving Collection" (Sichuan Fine Arts Publishing House, 2015) and other works. He also completed the writing of papers such as "Sui Dynasty Epitaph Summary" and "Exploration of Innovation in Seal Carving in Chusheng". Calligraphy and painting works are collected in the art museum of the Central Academy of Fine Arts, the art museum of the National Academy of Painting of China, Peking University, the China Academy of Art and other professional art research institutions in China, as well as private art museums and collectors at home and abroad.
