He also pays attention to the rational allocation of time, grasps the focus of daily work from the perspective of the overall situation, properly arranges the daily trial, document writing, investigation and evidence collection, case closure and archiving tasks, and reasonably allocates transactional work such as meetings, duty, and visits, so as to ensure that daily and monthly goals are completed on schedule. In his usual work, he strengthened the guidance of assistants and clerks to ensure that the team cooperated tacitly and operated efficiently.
