Cao Zijian, who has written a poem in seven steps - I have loved the throne and wine, but I have not loved my sister-in-law

1

As we all know, the Three Kingdoms at the end of the Han Dynasty were a great chaotic world.

The heroes who eventually remained in history were heroes like Cao Cao, Liu Bei, Sun Quan, and Sima Yi.

But it also left behind industry elites such as Zhisheng Zhuge Liang and Medical Saint Huatuo.

So, who is a brother in the literary world?

It's him.

A Capricorn talent from Anhui is neither known for his military strength nor good at strategizing.

He was proficient in literature, not only conquering the world at that time, but also capturing countless fans in later generations.

"Seven Steps Poem", "White Horse Chapter", "Roselle Endowment", "Seven Lamentations", "Flying Dragon Piece"... All of the above are his masterpieces.

He was the first talent of the Three Kingdoms, Cao Zhi, Cao Zijian.

In 192 AD, Cao Cao and Lady Bian's third son fell to the ground.

At that time, Cao Cao was 37 years old, and although he had not yet been able to call the wind and rain in the Central Plains as he did later, he had already achieved a small career and had no worries about food and clothing.

This newborn little fart child is Cao Zhi, who has shown extraordinary talent since he was a child and is very sensitive to words.

When he was a teenager, his articles were sprinkled with foreign flowers, suspected to be handwritten by everyone.

One day Cao Cao read his article and was very surprised, so he asked, "Er, this article of yours will not be copied, right?" ”

Cao Zhi replied, "Your son and I are full of thoughts, and the next pen is like a waterfall falling to the ground, can I use it?" ”

Hearing this answer, Lao Cao was also envious, thinking that when he was a teenager, he was still playing with mud, and it was really a generation stronger than a generation.

Cao Cao was very pleased, several sons, indeed not ordinary.

Cao Pi is mature and stable, Cao Zhang is proficient in leading soldiers, Cao Chong is a straight man of science and engineering (think of the allusion of "Cao Chong calling an elephant"), and Cao Zhi's literary style is worthy of being the first of the Cao family.

In 206 AD, when Cao Cao was on a northern expedition against Gao Gan, Cao Cao, who was 51 years old at the time, suddenly felt that he was about to grow old, and wrote a "Bitter Cold Walk" full of war-weariness:

"Long sigh of the neck, far away from the many.

My heart was so depressed that I wanted to go back to the east. ”

Cao Zhi, who accompanied the army, followed his father's train of thought and wrote the scrappy "White Horse Chapter":

"The names of heroes and heroes must not be taken into account for selfishness."

It is difficult to sacrifice one's body to go to the country, and it is difficult to see death as a sudden return. ”

Looking at his incomparably depressed "Bitter Cold Line", and then looking at his son's "White Horse Chapter", Cao Cao suddenly felt a little ashamed.

From intention, writing to feelings, Lao Cao lost to Xiao Cao.

3

In 211 AD, the glorious and majestic Tongquetai was built, and Cao Cao, who was full of joy, held a meeting of the Cao family's culture and martial arts.

In order to celebrate, Cao Zhi wrote the breathtaking "Tongquetai Fu" with a stroke of his pen.

Among them, the famous sentence "Lian Er Bridge in the East and West Xi, if the shrimp in the long sky" was copied by Zhuge Liang in the "Romance of the Three Kingdoms" and changed to "The Second Bridge is in the southeast Xi, happy to live together".

As a result, success angered Sun Wudu Governor Zhou Yu.

Even hundreds of years later, the story is still fermenting— the late Tang dynasty poet Du Mu wrote in his Chibi,

"The east wind does not go with Zhou Lang, and the copper bird spring deep locks the second Qiao."

Cao Zhi's fate is lamentable.

Old Father Cao Cao is still alive, Cao Zhi is a spoiled son, when Cao Cao left, he became a thorn in his brother's eye and a thorn in his flesh.

Before his brother Ming's great sword, Cao Zhi wrote the Seven Steps Poem:

"Boiled beans are held as a soup, and wet is used as juice."

The beans burned under the kettle, and the beans wept in the kettle.

Born from the same root, why is it too urgent to fry? ”

The phrase "born from the same root" has since been used to describe people's incessant blood and kinship.

When the rope of fate no longer belongs to him, the open-minded and cheerful Cao Zijian gradually dies, and his poems turn to mourning.

Faced with the murder of his best friends Ding Yi and Ding Shu, he wrote "Noda Yellow Bird Line":

"The tall trees are sad and the wind is windy, and the sea is waving.

The sword is not in the palm of the hand, why should there be more friends? ”

The first beating of reality made Cao Zijian, who had once been blind, feel frustrated and powerless.

As a last resort, he could only compromise with reality and force a smile.

He wrote the famous horse ass article "Qingwen Emperor Received Zen Table" and gave it to his vicious brother,

"Your Majesty is born with the dragon of Sheng De, the revolution of Shun Tian, the promise of the rune, and the birth of democracy."

In the song of merit and praise, it reveals unwillingness and helplessness.

Because the horse ass article made Cao Pi very popular, Cao Zhi successively created the "Qingsheng Zen Ritual Table", "Dragon SeeIngHe Table", "Initial Feng Anxiang Marquis Table", "Fengzhen City Wang Xie Table" and so on.

In 226 AD, Cao Pi, who had suppressed his life, died, and he tentatively wrote to his nephew Cao Rui the "Self-Examination Table" to show his ambitions.

The gist of the article was, "Big nephew, your uncle is very talented, you let me try it." "

But when writing, Cao Zhi wrote the following text,

"The microcosm of dust and fog, tonify the mountains and seas; the last light of the candle, the sun and the moon",

Cao Zhi, who is the first in literary style, has become a dust mist and a candle, and has already humbled himself to dust.

Even so, Cao Rui was still only highly wary of his uncle.

How did Cao Zhi, who was amazed by an era, go from being humble to dust from the pride of heaven?

Everything is because of politics.

Cao Cao was the well-deserved first man of the Three Kingdoms, intelligent, wise, cold-blooded and ruthless.

But no matter how crazy people are, their lives will also end, and their careers need to be continued.

On the issue of succession, Cao Cao had been brewing for decades.

It should be said that he is determined. Everyone knows that the throne is undoubtedly Cao Pi's.

But Cao Zhi's poetic talent once shook his choice.

Even the blind man will be dazzled by the aura, how can the tyrant who has loved talent all his life not be moved?

In Cao Cao's body, there was a choice phobia.

He was not unaware of the disastrous consequences of indecision.

After Cao Zhi wrote "TongqueTaiFu", he decided to give Cao Zhi a chance!

In 214, Cao Cao attacked Sun Quan in the south, leaving Cao Zhi to stay at Yecheng.

Before leaving, Cao Cao specially explained,

"I was 23 years old when I was a Dun qiuling, and you are 23 years old this year..."

This implication is already clear.

Meritorious service is a good opportunity to cultivate personal power.

But Cao Zhi did not seize the opportunity, because he had already begun to drift.

Think about it, a talented family boy, who has a domineering father who loves himself a lot, and a group of subordinates who shoot every day, can he hold it?

After the old father went out on the expedition, Cao Zhi, who stayed behind in the rear, drank alcohol in addition to drinking.

In Cao Zhi's life, his first hobby was writing, and his second hobby was drinking.

Groggy all day, the more depraved the happier, wasted a good chance to ascend to the throne!

Because of drinking, Cao Zhi also ran into trouble.

One late night in 217 AD, Cao Zhi rode in a car, forcibly opened the Sima Gate, and trespassed into the palace.

Cao Cao was so angry that he put to death the bus order in charge of Sima Men as a serious warning to his son.

Cao Cao was deeply disappointed—this son really didn't talk about politics, and he couldn't support the wall with a mess of mud.

With the support of Jia Xu and others, Cao Pi was made a son of the world.

Even so, Cao LaoPa did not completely give up on Cao Zhi, and he wanted to give it one last chance.

5

In 219 AD, Guan Yu launched the Xiangfan War, which shocked the world, and Cao Ren, who was stationed in Xiangyang, was besieged by Tuantuan, which was a good opportunity to show his ability.

Cao Cao appointed Cao Zhi as the general of Nanzhong Lang (南中郎), a general of the Expeditionary Force, and led his troops to the rescue.

Cao Cao understood that the risk factor of going out to fight was very high.

But there was no way, in the battle for the throne, Cao Zhi had already lagged behind Cao Pi too much, and if he wanted to win, he had to make dangerous moves.

However, after the order was issued, Cao Zhi was once again so drunk that it was difficult to be ordered to go on the expedition.

Cao Cao was really angry this time, how could the throne be passed to a sack of wine?

Since then, Cao Zhi has no hope.

Then again, is letting Cao Zhi take over is just Cao Cao's wishful thinking?

Apparently not.

Political investment is the most profitable.

Besides, at that time, Cao Zhi was young and vigorous, how could he not have a little ambition and desire?

Cao Zhi coveted the throne that was close at hand. Even for the sake of the throne, he took pains.

He gathered a group of power-grabbing little brothers around him, such as Yang Xiu, Ding Yi, Ding Xi and so on.

Note that these are all famous celebrities, and they are very loyal, and they have spared no effort to help Cao Zhi ascend to the throne.

In particular, Yang Xiu, on IQ, is several times higher than Boss Cao.

Cao Cao had repeatedly tested Cao Pi and Cao Zhi. This kind of question is a little difficult for others, but it is too simple for Yang Xiu, who is extremely smart.

He ghostwrote the answer several times, which amazed Lao Cao.

It is said that this is a "good thing" to give Cao Zhi extra points, but Yang Xiu is a pig teammate - after drinking, he preached everywhere about answering questions for Cao Zhi.

When Cao Cao heard the news, he had the heart to kill people.

Cao Pi often met with Wu Qian, a strategist who was disliked by his father, in order to avoid suspicion, Wu Qian hid in the palace basket.

Yang Xiu believes that this is a good opportunity to overthrow Cao Pi and suggests that Cao Zhi report it under his real name.

But it was Yang Xiu's mouth that was big, and he leaked the news.

When Cao Zhi ran to Cao Cao to make a small report, he found that there was no one in the basket at all.

Originally, a "sending sub-question" became a "sending proposition"!

……

Cao Pi is cold and fierce, silent but scheming, while Cao Zhi is willful and drunk.

High and low have been divided.

With the assistance of alcohol and pig teammates, the throne that is close at hand finally says "break" with Cao Zhi forever.

In 220 AD, Cao Cao died, and his son Cao Pi justifiably succeeded to the throne.

Cao Zhi completely lost his imperial dream of "building the cause of eternity and the merit of flowing gold and stone".

But he didn't converge.

In 221 AD, Cao Pi was proclaimed emperor, and Cao Zhi did not know which string was wrong, so he actually put on a mourning dress to mourn for the Han Dynasty.

Cao Pi was furious.

Fortunately, the two people's mother, Lady Bian, was still there, otherwise, Cao Zhi might have to receive a box lunch on the spot!

Without the protection of the domineering father, and competing with the eldest brother Cao Pi for the throne, and playing performance art, Cao Zhi's fate is only one word.

"Miserable".

Old Father gave Cao Zhi ten thousand households.

During the few years of Cao Pi's reign, Cao Zhi's fiefdom was cut again and again.

By 222 AD, Cao Zhi had sealed the king of Juancheng, and there were only 2,500 households.

In 226 AD, when the Wei Ming Emperor Cao Rui ascended the throne, Cao Zhi thought- "Winter is gone, will spring be far away?"

But he was still guarded by the court.

In 232, Cao Zhi changed his title to King Chen and died of illness in the same year at the age of 40.

Here we should mention Cao Zhi's famous love letter "Roselle Endowment".

Some people say that he wrote it to his dream lover Zhen Mi.

Who is Zhen Mi?

The first beauty of the Three Kingdoms, Cao Pi snatched his daughter-in-law from the Yuan family when the Yuan Shao family was defeated.

Many people are convinced of this, such as Li Shangyin wrote in "Untitled",

"Jia Shi peeped at Han Shu Shao, and Concubine Mi left a pillow for King Wei Cai."

The concubine here is Zhen Mi, and the King of Wei refers to Cao Zhi.

This at least shows that in the Tang Dynasty, the gossip of Cao Zhi and his sister-in-law Zhen Mi was still spreading.

But in fact, the fairy in "Roselle" is purely a fiction of Cao Zhi.

Roselle is both his hope for life and his desire for politics.

In April 222, the 31-year-old Cao Zhi was crowned king of Juancheng, that is, after being crowned king this time, he was overwhelmed by political turmoil and wrote the famous "Roselle Endowment".

Among them, the failure of the love affair with Luoshen is the collapse of Cao Zhi's pursuit of his ideals.

In addition, the problem can also be seen in age:

In 200 AD, when Cao Cao defeated Yuan Shao and captured Yuan Shao's daughter-in-law Zhen Mi, Cao Zhi was just 8 years old, and even if the child was precocious, it was impossible to fall in love with the beautiful sister-in-law of 23 years old.

However, 13-year-old Cao Pi, who was the adolescent period of spring love, forcibly took in Sister Zhen, who was 10 years older than himself.

So why is this gossip so widespread?

Perhaps it was people's sympathy for two weak people: Cao Zhi, who failed to fight for the throne, had a miserable second half of his life, and Zhen Mi, who married into the Cao family, did not have much good life--he was killed by Cao Pi in 221 AD.

In addition, during Cao Pi's reign, he was mean and unkind, and many people did not have a good impression of him, so they demonized him.

7

Cao Zhi died, but his unique style was passed on to future generations.

Xie Lingyun of the Southern Dynasty once said, "There is only one stone in the world, and Cao Zijian monopolizes the eight buckets."

Wang Shizhen of the Ming Dynasty said that in ancient times, only Cao Zhi, Li Bai and Su Shi were called "immortals".

The soul that dominates the literary world is eventually drowned in a heavy body.
