According to the data, Banana Culture was established in June 2015 with a registered capital of 100 million yuan, the legal representative Gao Xiang, and the shareholders include Wang Sicong (holding 68.50% of the shares, the subscribed capital of 68.5 million yuan), Pei Le (holding 14.00%), Gao Xiang (holding 10.50%), and Wang Yue (holding 7.00%).
Banana Entertainment was established in November 2017 with a registered capital of 10 million yuan. Among them, Wang Sicong directly holds 27.00% of the shares.
Wang Sicong founded the Banana Project in June 2015, which includes Banana Games, Banana Pictures, Banana Sports and other companies.
Banana culture also earlier involved the field of artist management, which is regarded as the "blue ocean" of China's entertainment industry.
