Recently, the first special training course for talent workers in Binhai District in 2019 was held at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and a total of 46 people from some member units of the district talent work leading group and some responsible persons for talent work of key enterprises participated.
On the day of the opening ceremony, Zhu Guoxiang, secretary of the Party Committee of the Shanghai Talent Service Center, and Gao Ziping, director of the Personnel Department of the Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences, director of the Overseas Talent Research Office of the Institute of Information, and chief expert of the "Overseas Talent Research" innovation team, respectively gave wonderful lectures on how to attract and retain high-level talents and declare high-level talents with a better "soft environment", and introduced in detail the current situation and innovative measures of talent work in Shanghai. Everyone said that the next step will be based on the reality of the whole region, learn from the advanced experience of Shanghai's talent work, and comprehensively improve the service level of coastal talent work.
The training lasted 7 days, sponsored by the Organization Department of the Party Working Committee of Binhai District and undertaken by Shanghai Jiao Tong University, taking the form of centralized teaching and on-site inspection, mainly training the introduction, cultivation, training, evaluation of high-level talents, the creation of a soft environment for talents and the improvement of innovative thinking and ability of talent workers, and on-site inspection of Pudong International Talent Port, Shanghai Free Trade Zone, Lujiazui Talent Golden Port, China Shanghai Human Resources Service Industrial Park, etc. Through the training, the purpose is to further improve the professional quality of the trainees, broaden the vision of talent workers, improve the ability to perform their duties, and promote the level of talent work in Binhai District to a new level and achieve more new breakthroughs.
