The original project is divided into two phases of construction, after all completed and put into operation, it can produce 100,000 tons of waterborne coating film forming additive series products, 30,000 tons of plasticizer series products, 30,000 tons of high boiling point solvents and 100,000 tons of waterborne coating acrylic emulsion polymers, etc., and is expected to achieve annual sales of 3 billion.
It is understood that Runtai co., Ltd. has readjusted its strategic planning for Taixing, ignoring the huge economic benefits that the emulsion production project will bring to the company, suspending the construction of the original 100,000 tons of waterborne coating acrylic emulsion polymer production line, and planning to add another 100,000 tons of waterborne coating film forming additive production line (rtc-12 and rtc-16 50,000 tons each) to meet the supply demand in the domestic and foreign markets and alleviate the demand pressure. After two months of trial production and commissioning, in addition to the 30,000 tons of high boiling point net flavor film forming additive rtc-281 and 30,000 tons of plasticizer production line in the First Workshop, the remaining 50,000 tons of dodecanohydrate esters, 10,000 tons of hexadecanol esters and three waste treatment areas, Class A warehouses, packaging workshops have been put into normal use.
The products produced by Runtai Taixing Factory can be applied to latex paint, waterborne industrial coatings, waterborne wood coatings, UV waterborne coating inks and other fields. Its products are not only supplied to the domestic market, but also to overseas markets. Runtai Chemical (Taixing) Co., Ltd. is located in Taixing Economic Development Zone, Jiangsu Province, with superior geographical location and convenient transportation. There are also well-known coating enterprises such as AkzoNobel, Zhanchen, Gabriel, and Junzilan in the park, forming a relatively complete upstream and downstream industrial chain.

Taixing factory adhering to the concept of green environmental protection development, put environmental protection in the first place in production, spent more than 30 million yuan to build wastewater mvr plus biochemical treatment, waste gas rto incinerator and other environmental protection devices, and actively do a good job in energy conservation and emission reduction. At present, the entire production line of 60,000 tons of film-forming additives is fully automated, and the process flow of the entire production line does not exceed 10 people. Modern scientific and technological equipment not only ensures the quality of Runtai products, but also improves production efficiency.
Up to now, Runtai has three production bases, namely Jiangyan, Taixing and Nantong in Jiangsu. Nantong production base mainly produces pharmaceutical intermediates and driers; in addition, runtai shares of the UAE production base have signed a contract with the local government and plan to complete and put into operation in 2019.
Taixing factory is one of the main strategic bases of Runtai co., LTD., the main products of Runtai Taixing in the future include: 180,000 tons of waterborne film forming additives (100,000 tons of rtc-12 and rtc-300, 50,000 tons of high boiling point net flavor film forming additive rtc-16, 30,000 tons of high boiling point net flavor film forming additive rtc-281), 30,000 tons of high boiling point solvent rtc-deb; 30,000 tons of plasticizers; 100,000 tons of isobutyric acid, isobutyrate isobutyrate and rtc-115 esters. The establishment of Taixing factory will further realize the rapid response of Runtai co., Ltd. to the global coating market, focus on the development of the coating additives industry, and concentrate on the production and operation of coating additives.
According to the 5-year and 10-year strategic plan previously announced by Runtai Co., Ltd., in the long period of time in the future, Runtai Co., Ltd. will "stabilize the central government, protrude two wings, and develop together", with water-based coating industry products such as film forming additives as the main body, and environmentally friendly plasticizers and pharmaceutical intermediates as the two wings for common development.
