At first, I originally wanted to use the word "Bashu" to name the title of this Trip of Mitsubishi Pajero, but after research, I realized that the word "Bashu" is mostly based on the culture of the Sichuan Basin, which is obviously not in line with the theme of this secret covenant over the mountains. The "west of Sichuan" is different, this area does not have much basin structure, and the large plateau and mountainous terrain are the last warm-up before off-road enthusiasts enter Tibet, which should be the tone of this lying "good bashi" activity.
Chengdu, the capital of Tianfu. As a child, I always thought it was a place with a slow pace of life, but recent developments have transformed it into an old and modern city. Chengdu people are very emotional and personality, but they are generally gentle, they know how to enjoy life, the spiritual level is not to mention lack, this may be the nature of the self...
After talking about human feelings, with the morning rush hour in Chengdu, our small motorcade consisting of two Mitsubishi Pajeros officially set off. On the first day, we will arrive near The Yamashiro-style Damba and experience the mountain roads, highland driving, and scenery of Western Sichuan along the way.
Even though more than eight years have passed, the landscape of Yingxiu Town will still be very touching to every outsider who has not experienced that disaster. The old roads that have been interrupted by the town are overgrown with weeds, and the traffic arteries outside the north of the city are still dilapidated, but the people who live here have not chosen to leave, the rebuilt small buildings are their new homes, and the water in the river is still the smell of home.
Dawei, shallow into the Tibetan village
In the mountains of western Sichuan, if you want to go farther, the wheels often have to roll over dozens or even hundreds of kilometers of bad roads, and at the same time, you have to climb more than 4,000 meters above sea level. The varied and rugged landscape gives us the opportunity to share the pain and happiness with Pajero.
The name "pajero" comes from the South American bobcat, and in Pajero's body, its wild and heroic characteristics are well inherited. As a hardcore off-road vehicle, Mitsubishi Pajero has always been the favorite car of off-road enthusiasts, so it is natural to climb over the snow-capped mountains in front of you.
Fortunately, it took only half an hour for the convoy to pass through the town of Rilong, which controls traffic every day and has poor road conditions. On the provincial road to Danba, places associated with the Red Army were protected by today's government. The Menggu Bridge in Dawei is the iron rope bridge that Li Guangnian welcomed Mao Zedong, Zhou Enlai, and the First and Fourth Fronts of the Red Army.
In the northwestern part of Sichuan Province, two Tibetan-related autonomous prefectures (Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture and Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture) have demonstrated the spread and circulation of Tibetan culture. Going deep into western Sichuan, for the Tibetans who have lived here for generations, there will certainly be some products of the collision of Tibetan culture and Han culture, and the Tibetan-style architecture is the most widely spread, and it has been preserved in this hot land.
Danba Jiaju, missing Mosca
The folk customs of Jiaju Tibetan Village, located in the north of Danbasi, are particularly prominent. "Jiaju" means "Jiaju" in Tibetan as a hundred households, most of the residents here are Jiarong Tibetan compatriots, and the Tibetan village buildings wrapped in white are dotted on the mountainside. Using the titles of "the most beautiful village" and "the most beautiful ancient town" to call the Tibetan village here is the highest realm to describe the "unity of heaven and man".
The convoy traveled for many days and was accustomed to the unpaved pavement that connected every county and town. Compared with paved roads, broken roads are more able to reflect the off-road ability of a car. Bullet crater roads, wading roads, gravel roads, and low-grade road conditions far from the city are the places where this "bobcat" indulges.
For this super-select 4WD technology called "super-select 4wd", it is a cross-country weapon that the Mitsubishi brand has been promoting for many years. It offers two-wheel drive (2h), full-time four-wheel drive (4h: front and rear axle power is intelligently adjusted between 33:67 and 50:50), locking central differential low-speed four-wheel drive (4hlc) and high-speed four-wheel drive (4llc) modes. In the harshest conditions, the 4llc mode increases the torque of the vehicle to 1.9 times, increasing the probability of getting out of trouble.

However, in this green mountain, whether through the naked eye or the camera's viewfinder, there are scenes everywhere. In the hidden villages in the mountains, the "high imitation deer" supported by the villagers (Tibetan friends can't tell what breed it is, and they specifically indicate that it is not a deer, and the card friends who understand it can talk about it in the comments) have become the "madou" we chased and photographed.
Leave the small village and drive on the way home. The Jiajin Mountain in the Baoxing area, the busy 318 Sichuan-Tibet Line, and the ancient town of Shangli, which eventually passes the Tea Horse Ancient Road, finally dot this journey of the Secret Realm of Western Sichuan.
