In recent years, Anlong County has closely focused on the national food security strategy, accelerated the construction of grain and oil storage facilities projects, expanded the warehouse capacity and scale, and has now been fully completed, with a grain and oil reserve capacity of 30,000 tons, and plans to store 20,000 tons of grain at the end of October.

A few days ago, the reporter saw at the construction site of the Anlong County Grain and Oil Storage Facilities Construction Project located in Qifeng Street, Anlong County, that 6 standardized granaries in the first phase of the project have been completed and have entered the acceptance stage. Since the start of construction, the construction unit has strictly followed the requirements of the project project, reversed the construction period according to the timetable, and accelerated the construction of the project.

It is understood that the total land area of the construction project of grain and oil storage facilities in Anlong County is 98 mu, with a construction area of 39,000 square meters, mainly building 30,000 tons of grain reserve warehouses, 3 edible oil storage tanks (vertical), and comprehensive buildings, trading centers, processing warehouses, mechanical warehouses, rice barns and other ancillary facilities. At present, the installation and commissioning of intelligent equipment in the granary has all been completed, and the grain will be transferred into storage.

The construction and use of the "new granary" will greatly improve the shortcomings and deficiencies of the original storage point facilities, such as aging facilities, small storage capacity, and weak storage capacity, and effectively improve the management level of grain reserves and the ability to ensure food security in Anlong County.
