Wang Lingling, chairman of Laizhou Sunflower Ecological Agriculture Co., Ltd., is a young female entrepreneur. In 2012, not willing to be ordinary, she began her entrepreneurial journey, along the way, she has experienced many hardships, encountered many setbacks, but even in the face of difficulties, she has never forgotten the original intention of entrepreneurship - integrity, trustworthy management.
During May Day this year, the first batch of honeydew melons on the farm matured, "crisp and sweet, this batch of melons can be shipped for sale." After the technicians' tasting, Wang Lingling immediately began to pack and ship the melon to customers who had already booked the croissant melon.
The next day, she found that there were a few melons that were not quite right, so she and the workers broke open the baskets of honeydew melons one by one to check, and found that nearly half of the croissant honey in a basket appeared "the taste is not as good as before, after breaking the melon, the melon contains a lot of water", she immediately stopped the shipment of all the croissant melons.
After investigation, the reason for this situation is that the technician in charge of the cultivation of the croissant in this greenhouse continues to water after the croissant is ripe. After discovering the "water-injected melon", Wang Lingling immediately arranged for the customer service staff to return to the customers who had been shipped, promising to arrange reissue for them after the second batch of croissants matured.
In fact, the taste of these "water-injected melons" in Wang Lingling's eyes is also sweeter than some ordinary melons on the market, which does not affect normal consumption. Some people suggested to Wang Lingling that this batch of croissant honey be sold at a low price. Wang Lingling resolutely decided to throw it all away and never give it to customers to eat. The croissant honey in this greenhouse made Wang Lingling lose tens of thousands of yuan at once. But "we have to ensure the high quality of all the vegetables, melons and fruits on the farm." She threw herself loudly.
In the process of entrepreneurship, she has not forgotten her original intention and fed back to the society with practical actions. It has successively docked and helped 12 poor students in Ningjin, donated about 100,000 yuan of bursaries and school supplies to them; visited the Cheng Guo Town Elderly Home at least once a year to send milk, towels and other items to the elderly; actively participated in the prevention and control of new crown pneumonia, and donated 500 boxes of vegetables to the people. "Gratitude can go longer, whether it is a person or a work."
