*ST Contemporary: The actual controller of the company was changed to Wang Lingling

Beijing Business News (reporter Zheng Rui) on January 12, *ST Contemporary issued an announcement that the actual controller of the company was changed to Wang Lingling, and the company's controlling shareholder did not change.

According to the announcement, *ST Contemporary received the relevant notice from the original actual controller Wang Chunfang and the new actual controller Wang Lingling, who signed the "Voluntary Waiver of Equity Escrow Agreement" with Wang Shutong on January 10, 2021, and terminated the "Equity Custody Agreement" signed by Wang Shutong on December 20, 2013, August 25, 2016 and September 29, 2016. On the same day, Wang Shutong and Wang Lingling signed the Equity Custody Agreement, and Wang Shutong entrusted all the voting rights corresponding to the 224,971,535 shares of the Company held by Wang Shutong to Wang Lingling.
