The Forestry Bureau of Fuyang City investigates the flower industry in Yingquan District

On August 9, Chen Rui, member of the party group, deputy director and second-level researcher of the Forestry Bureau of Fuyang City, investigated the flower industry in Yingquan District. Li Chengjie, member of the Standing Committee of the Yingquan District CPC Committee, secretary of the Political and Legal Committee, and deputy head of the District Government, accompanied the investigation.

Chen Rui and his party successively went to the Chinese Academy of Sciences Aromatic Plant Germplasm Resources Garden, Quanshuiwan Wetland Park and other places to check the progress of project construction, listen carefully to the briefings of relevant responsible persons, and learn more about the progress of project construction and industrial development.

Chen Rui pointed out that the flower industry is an important part of the forestry industry, which is both a green industry and a sunrise industry, which has both economic benefits, beautifying life and cultivating sentiments, and has a very broad prospect for development.

Chen Rui stressed: First, it is necessary to speed up the progress of project construction. It is necessary to effectively improve the service level, optimize the construction environment, improve supporting facilities, and accelerate the implementation of project construction. Second, it is necessary to speed up the selection and breeding of new and excellent varieties. Make full use of the advantages of regional flower resources, deepen cooperation with the Institute of Botany of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shanghai Chenshan Botanical Garden and other scientific research institutes, firm brand awareness, breed and identify new and excellent aromatic plants and lotus varieties, and strengthen flower fist products. Third, we must accelerate the integrated development of flower tourism. Relying on the Spring Water Bay Wetland Park project, taking the flower industry as the starting point, guiding the situation, adapting to local conditions, and becoming an industry due to flowers, we will give full play to our own resource advantages, upgrade the project grade, and strive to create a new landmark for the integration and development of flower tourism.
